She asked if was ok to contact me. I said yes. My order was processed and she even stayed on the line to show me how to pay my order in full. She booked a delivery date. My purchase arrived on time and 2 amazing gentleman delivered it up stairs. I was leery to purchase from the brick because I have not heard good reviews. Well I am glad I purchase from Olivia and I would gladly buy from the Brick again. Thank you Olivia and the 2 delivery gentleman that made my experience wonderful

We met Mr. Don Elquiero and we’re lucky that he is the one who assist us. He’s very patient and accommodating and looking for ways on how to solve the little issues we had on our card. Knowing that he’s just new but he made an effort to make us really satisfied with our visit. Excellent customer service. Mr. Don exceed our expectations and the service is really exceptional. Kudos to you Mr Don as well as the other associates for a job well done! Thank you!??

He was respectful of not hovering and being overly intrusive and asked basically asked what level of attention I was looking for. He was also very honest about what to expect in terms items and their ETA. I did not find him to be high pressure at all. For future purchases, I will definitely seek him out for my sales assistance.

The microwave oven has defective, I contacted The brick and manufacture LG almost one month, LG let me contact Brick, Brick said they will confirm with LG and give you call. After 3days , no body call you. Then you call them , same as before. Very frustrating. I am still waiting… currently I am only hoping I can get refund.

Sam was courteous, patient, and gave us the space when we needed. He did not employ pushy sales tactics, rather provided us with details on the items of interest and showed us alternatives/variations. If you are shoppers like us, needing to make informed decision without a sales agent breathing down your neck, ask to speak with Sam.

He had a lot of patience with me as I was very indecisive on which items I wanted to go with (he helped me for almost 3 hours). Even though I usually have social anxiety around salespeople and usually feel uncomfortable around them, Ryan made me feel very comfortable and gave me his own inputs and opinions which were very helpful. All in all, it was a 10/10 experience here at the brick and I will definitely be returning here as a loyal customer!
