We're customers just like you and we know how frustrating it can be to get service from a "Customer Service Department". Especially after the sale. Many companies make you jump through hoops and take you through a long process in hopes you'll just give up. Well we don't want any part of that! We believe wholeheartedly that you deserve the ultimate mattress shopping experience from the moment you set foot in our showroom to long after you have taken delivery. We are dedicated to exceed your expectations every step of the way!
That's why we don't have a "Customer Service Department". If at any time, you are not completely satisfied with your experience or product, just call, text or email any one of our Sleepologists and we promise to address your concerns immediately and do our very best to make it right!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After researching several stores and getting lots of information about what we really wanted, we ended up here. Jamie took a very low pressure approach but answered all of our questions and made useful reccommendations for what would suit our needs and budget. We feel we got a good price on a mattress that fits our needs. He did not discuss warranty / return until I asked specifically, after we had already started finalizing the transaction so it is worth knowing what information you want and being repared to push for it.
Jamie explained that delivery would take about 2 weeks and we scheduled a date and time that worked with our schedule. However, on the day of, I got a call 6 hours before scheduled delivery, with the fellow telling me they were going to deliver in half an hour. I was at work and not able to leave and the fellow I spoke with said that they had scheduled another delivery for our scheduled time. Eventually he offered to come after his other deliveries which ended up being at 8:30pm, 3 hours after our scheduled time.
All in all, not a terrible experience but I would hesitate to have them ever deliver something again. The mattress is comfortable though.

We went to the store and asked for Queen size matterss. He or the person called himself the owner of this place didn't even know how to speak.. He was extremely rude and racist. I literally have to walk away from this store as I could not stand out from his negative words.
I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Please do not waste time to going in this store.

He's passionate about his work, and very well informed about all the products. He guided us through all products and helped us select the right fit for our needs. This store should get more stars, but 5 is the limit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ John is amazing! I feel so bad because I had ordered a mattress and something came up and I had to cancel it. I understand they do have policies in place for a reason, and this was all my fault. I want to point out that John did absolutely nothing wrong; he did his job and he sold me a beautiful mattress but life happens and even though I had to cancel it he was very understanding. He even offered to help me put something on hold in the future.
The Manager did ultimately resolve the issue so I do recommend this company. Have a great day!

Job walked us through some great options and even listened and incorporated our budgeting needs as well. Ended up purchasing a great mattress!! Also did not feel rushed or pressured at all the entire time which is amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jon greeted us upon entry into the store. First impressions: Lots of spacing between the beds makes shopping easy. Fresh clean space made me actually want to test the beds. We didn't really know if we wanted another queen or a king. Jon provided us with solutions. Also some important insights that we would have never considered. After visiting quite a few places I can confidently say Mattress Superstore and Jon exceeded my expectations. Turning my mattress shopping dread into delight! I walked out confident and happy with my purchase today!
Even if your 'just looking' make sure you stop by and chat with Jon about options. No pressure. Very informative. Comfortable environment. A mattress purchase is a big one. You spend half your life sleeping, might as well get what you want!
