★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and wonderful place, Harman Dhillon the store manager was very kind and helpful. He took his time with us and showed us many different styles and colours to help us pick the perfect one for us. There was also complimentary food and beverages which was also a nice touch. The delivery men that came were very nice and made sure we wanted the couches set up the way we needed them to be they also came right on time. Very good experience coming to this store, definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to buy furniture. Prices were also very reasonable and good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strongly advise not to buy here. We bought 2 $2000 couches, for which we waited some time for them, as they were custom (not an issue though). They told us it would arrive within a set period of time, which we waited past, as we knew that it could take time. They told us to wait a few more weeks, which we did, but then when the time came, we were told to continually wait more. The delivery men scratched our walls and the floor as they moved the couch in. In the process of moving the couches, the leather on a part of on one of the two couches was slightly torn off. We were offered an exchange, for which we waited for 6 months, but never came. We were not able to receive a refund at all, or credit. To this day, we have still not received our couch we were offered as an exchange. Highly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a sofa set from here back in May and they still haven’t delivered it. They keep pushing the date forward coming up with new excuses every time. First they said the factory isn’t making the sofa and they told us it would 100% be delivered this week but all we got this week was a new excuse. Now apparently the warehouse had a COVID-19 case and they can’t deliver it. But last week they never told us anything about this. They TRICK you into buying their product and say they will deliver it but when it’s the delivery date all you will get is excuses for why it can’t be delivered. DO NOT buy anything from here it’s a waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY , buyers be aware this place is unreliable and liars , they will tell you 6-8 weeks for orders and then keep extending it by lying and new excuses every week , it’s been almost 3 months since we ordered and we still don’t have our furniture , giving these guys one more week then taking these guys to court. If anyone else would like to join I’ll pay for the court fees and lawyer fees , these ppl need a lesson on how to run a proper business

How are they running their business??!!!
Huge delays, initially said 6-8 weeks, but took much longer than that.
eventually did not deliver the product, saying they did not have staff.
i had to go and get it myself,
Lies after lies!!!!
asked me to e transfer or pay cash, i.e. the remaining 50% amount!!!
Saying their point-of-sale machine was broken ( how many days does it take to fix the machine)
I was not told that the machine was not yet fixed, when I had called prior that I was coming to pick up the product.
I had to go look for an ATM machine around the shop to pay them cash.
Just a very frustrating experience dealing with them overall.
I will never go back to that place again, and would not recommend it to anyone else either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought a table set from them 2.5 months ago. They said that it will arrive in 5 weeks, on the 6th week we called for update they said it will be another 3 weeks. After three weeks we call again they say they won’t be getting it until after new year which was another two months. I went back for refund the owner was not there and took my email for e transfer. I still haven’t received my money back and waiting. Extremely unprofessional and unapologetic owner. Do not buy your furniture from them. If there was zero star I would rate them zero! Who waits 3 months for a dinning table. They do not even update you on the status unless you keep calling them. Do not waste your time and energy buying from them. There are plenty furniture shops with better price and service. This was my first and last experience buying anything with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harman the owner of the store is a perfect example of fake promises, I bought an expensive dinning table set from this guy first they delivered late then on top of that delivery guys damaged it. I was promised a repair but no one ever came to fix it later he said he will replace it but after 3 months of wait they closed their store. I went to his mew store and asked him about either the replacement of compensation after a heater argument he promised me $500which he never paid he got kicked out of partnership in that store too. Till this date I never got any repair, replacement or money. The owner of this store is a cheater be aware he can never change. All the positive reviews must be fake or his friends because this guy doesn’t values the importance of other people’s time and money.
