We bought all furniture in ideal home. The quick delivery, the patient staff and the great service, all of things met my expectations. And I would like to introduce it to my friends definitely.

Out of all of the furniture stores we've visited in the last couple of weeks, we were extremely happy with this one. We saved the best for last! The customer service was amazing, they went above and beyond to not make us feel rushed. We ended up purchasing an 8 piece bedroom set today, we're really excited to have it delivered in the new year. The layout of the store, the quality of furniture, the staff, everything was 10/10. Will definitely be giving them our business in the future. Edit : I am not bashing the store or the people who work there by any means, but we ended up getting our furniture and the bed frame itself appeared to be a floor model, it looked as if it was already assembled and taken back apart, they assured me that wasn't the case, but then the legs of the frame were damaged and scratched. We are getting a small refund as they do not have any new ones available, but we were just expecting quality undamaged/unused furniture.

The sales staff were friendly and recommended me a sofa for our den. The delivery was prompt, thorough and easy. They helped us to position the sofa, install legs and floor protector, and took away the garbage when all is done. My hubby said he loves my gift! Thank you IdealHomes.

I had my first shopping experience at Ideal Home Furnishings yesterday, and I am still in awe at how amazingly friendly and helpful all of the staff were, especially the salesman who assisted me, Kevin C. I have been looking for the perfect sectional sofa for over six months; yup, I’m that picky! I knew in my mind exactly what I wanted, but every other big box store fell short. Leon’s, the Brick, Ashley...the experience was just horrible, and I went to more than one showroom for each store, and could never find a salesperson or product that I felt comfortable enough shelling out thousands of dollars. Other sites like konto and sofaland just didn’t have what I wanted within the price range I was working with. Then I found this place and this awesome salesman!! Kevin obviously loves his job, and is very good at it!!! He walked up to me in the store, I gave my shpeal about what I was looking for, and he showed me a couple of sectionals. Second one was a winner. He didn’t push the pricier leather because he listened to what I said. So instead of trying to upsell me, he worked with me to find a fabric that would be durable and easy to care for. On top of his amazing ability to figure out exactly what I needed, ethically speaking he is outstanding. What do I mean by this exactly? I told him that I wanted to check out some coffee tables and other accessories to go with this beautiful new Palliser, and he advised me to wait until I had the new sofa in my space before purchasing anything else. I mean, there are practically no other salespeople who would put your interests as a customer ahead of their own. Instant trust, and also, instant repeat customer. I’ve purchased enough furniture in my life to know that the real challenge is what happens after they get your money. Unfortunately there was a little mixup when we placed the order for the custom sectional. These orders can’t be changed or refunded after-the-fact. I got home and realized that the chaise that was selected was the incorrect size. I thought to myself, here we go, this is when things will go south! But I was wrong. I walked through the door the next day, explained the issue, and walked out less than five minutes later with the issue corrected. If you’re reading this Kevin, thanks again for your wonderful service!! I will most definitely tell everyone I know to come to you first for all of their needs!!!

We are shopping here the third time and just like the other times, shopping is pure joy here. I specifically want to mention the name of Theresa, who has been amazing with her knowledge and helping mentality. We would definitely be back for more shopping.

1.5 yr after purchase This is how our Sofa looks. Was told by Sales Lady that this was their TOP LINE LEATHER... also told made in Canada. LIES all LIES This was my 2nd purchase from them 1st Sofa was offered a replacement as the Leather was cracking within 5 weeks Also on 1st purchase Bought a "Natuzzi" reclining Leather Sofa and a Special order Palliser Reclining Leaher Don't Even Look Twice as you Drive by this Store... just Keep on Driving By. My Opinion is that they sell it as OEM manufactured products... but Everything is BELOW CHEAP CHINA KNOCK OFF PRODUCTS. Bob Basaraba

Got my sectional delivered today. It totally worth the time of waiting. Thanks Allison for helping up to pickup such a nice color. The sectional looks fantastic in my living room. I will definitely come back when my basement is ready.

I am very happy about the service at Ideal Home Furnishings. I meant to write this review back in 2017 when we furnished our home ? Sales person is very knowledgeable and not pushy. The delivery team is awesome. I will definitely recommend check them out.
