★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive furniture that is surprisingly low quality considering what they're asking for it. For example, the dining tables are plastic made to look like wood (though it's very obviously not real wood) but they're charging about the same as a real wood table would cost. You're better off going to ikea... Just saying. However, their plant pots are fairly priced and are pretty cute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies working this weekend were great help when I came in looking for a specific style of couch. They were helpful explaining my options and all the information I needed to go forward. The showroom is lovely and bright, lots of space. I enjoyed my entire experience and it would be my first stop whenever I need to furnish a space for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is not good, shipping (as other reviews have noted) is not realistic and emails will be ignored often. Prices are way too high given what you're actually getting. Go somewhere that will at least give you quality for the price. If you really like something at F2 you're better off shopping for the equivalent pieces online and saving 20%+ vs the rip off prices you'll find here.

By apperance bed frame looks good but not user friendly and no service call for fixing
Better buy with bricks ashley or lowes.
I updated communication 22 dec 2012 and would like to say email you availability will select day from it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amanda is super friendly and knowlegeable. She helped us figure out what we wanted in a bedframe based on our colour scheme. The store has many options for colours and materials as well. Brian and Andrew delivered and set up our new couches quickly and with great care. They gave me tips on leather maintenance before leaving. We also found the owner James to be very accomodating! Excellent service and quality all around!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! Amanda, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. She wasn’t pushy and was very respectful. She even came in on her day off because we were unable to meet with her when she was working!
In addition, the showroom was displayed well, with lots of selection, and prices were reasonable!
A pleasure to shop at F2!
