★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rachel recently helped me at 4WP Edmonton and she is awesome! Not only is she knowledgeable, but she goes out of her way to try and make the customer happy any time that she can. My wife had recently bought a 2018 JKU sport and it came with a Smittybilt RTT. We have never set it up and want to do so soon, but we’re unsure about whether it will even include all of the necessary parts that should’ve been included with it new, as we’ve found some stuff missing from the wrangler itself, such as the anti-theft socket for the wheel nuts. Rachel found and printed off the instructions for the tent and told us that if we found anything missing, she would do her best to try and help us replace the parts! I know that these stores have gotten some bad publicity over the recent couple years, but people need to understand that everywhere has had supply and delay issues with everything and anything that people tried to order. Customers need to be a little bit patient with any stores they’re dealing with these days, 4WP is no exception. They do the best they can and they’re great people, especially Rachel, like I said she’s awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a joke, was lifting my Tacoma at home. Was told that they would have no problem changing springs to new shock tower as it’s only a 30 minute job so I paid for it. Pulled everything out Friday night and called on Saturday morning to see the best time for them would be. They told me there to busy to do it today and I’ll have to book in next week sometime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a great job on my rav4 staff was very polite and helpful! Apparently the part I purchased online on their site wasn’t compatible with mine. They did some custom work to fit it in. Price was fair love it thanks guys! I would go here again next time to add a lift or buy new wheels :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called 4W Parts after calling a lot of other places to level my truck, I had the pleasure of dealing with Rachel at 4W Parts, she was very helpful through the whole process of first explaining what needed to be done, what was needed to fit the tires I wanted to fit and also gave me recommendations on tires they had in stock that fit my needs, I dropped my truck off since I was going on a trip out of the country and I don't live in Edmonton, they had a tight timeline to have the truck ready before I came back and needed it.My truck was ready on time, looking super nice and Rachel always kept me informed on the progress, arrival of parts, etc... I have done work on cars and trucks several times in different places and I have to say I was extremely impressed and happy with the level of service I received. Also I'm super happy with the work that was done on my truck since I bought that truck new 2 years ago finally the steering wheel looks straight and the truck is aligned perfectly. It even feels smoother for some reason. Love it!
