★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest I have no dealings with how Valard performs as a business but as an Electrician whos company they hired for renovated their building I can tell you that they were some of the most patient, understanding and kind people I have worked for.
Between joking with employees regularly in the elevator or how they'd invite us to help ourselves to coffee from their kitchen I can tell you in 10 years of construction I haven't seen this. If I was in a situation to employ them I would feel at ease.
