n	neymar da silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudest customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. We went to the printing centre and the printer was jammed. I asked Prachi to come over and help but we waited roughly 10-15 minutes and she was tending to others that came after us. After waiting even longer, I tried to fix the printer jam by reading the instructions on the printer and instead of asking us not to touch it, she started to freak out infront of everyone standing there and consistently asked us why I was touching the printer even though I had temporarily fixed it but it jammed once again. There is a certain way you approach customers and Prachi needs to learn how to politely help customers and learn how to respect people in general. Prachi then left without asking if everything is working and attended to other customers and my girlfriend had to go up to her again and ask her why shes not helping us, and she said “well i thought you guys fixed it” . This customer service was absolutely the worst. Please avoid this location at all costs. The printers do not work and the solutions team(printing dept) needs HELP.
M	MJ FX on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't have a specific date to memory of my last visit, just decided to write a review in regards to 2 employees that work there. First there's Chris I believe his name is, young adult, he's been working there for years and everytime I've gone he's been the first to greet me and ask if I need assistance with anything and always helps if I need help that day, he's the epitome of perfect customer service. The other employee is named Jordan also a young male, I've only seen him twice (my last 2 visits to Staples) and the first time he helped me decide on a computer monitor, the second time he pointed me in the right direction to find the external hard drives while he was busy with another customer and then after he was done with that customer came right over to me to help break down the different types of EHDs and the best option I would need for it's use, thanks for the help!
N	NA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was able to decide on and buy a laptop charger within a few minutes, even though I didnt know if their “universal” charger would be compatible with my laptop (sometimes it doesnt due to the limited adapter types). This is thanks to Jose, im not sure if he’s a supervisor or general employee but his customer service is outstanding. He answered my questions and even tested out the product for me to make sure it fit. He also let me know about the specs of the charger to make sure it is adequate for my laptop. Thanks a lot, Jose!

A	A C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff. Sometimes you may have to wait longer than you would want at the courier/photo counter. If you need a digital copy of your photo you need to get/buy your own USB stick as they do not have the option to email it to you.

His leadership is reflected in the positive interactions of the workers, and his own excellent customer service. Chris has never failed me whenever I have gone to him for advice about a purchase or to exchange an item. He, as well as his staff, are very polite and knowledgeable. I will visit this store again when I need some office supplies or computers.
D	Debra Kennedy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We drove to this Staples in Whitby (on Taunton) specifically to purchase a calculator that other locations didn’t have in stock. — BTW… love the great features of this Sharp ‘paperless printing’ calculator with 5-line scrolling display EL-DO9001. (see in photo) Clean store, inventory selection is great throughout all departments and staff were friendly and very helpful.
