β β β β β In my view, one of the best places to go shopping for used computers. Easy to select and replace if anything is wrong with it after the purchase. They offer to add more memory and/or replace storage if needed. On top, they fix minor defects.

β β β β β Mislead us when we came in for a charger we needed replaced. We needed an exact replacement and even brought in our old charger to show them what we needed. Sadly we were in a hurry (our fault there) and didn't double check, instead trusting since it looked identical but upon further inspection we found out it isn't and it will damage our laptop if used with it. Very upset, especially during a time when we are struggling financially. Hoping they will at least exchange for the proper item and fix the problem, if they do I will leave a new/updated review.

β β β β β Sold us equipment that was advertised as brand new, even showed us a bill of sale for the goods. When serial numbers were checked and the condition of the items scrutinized further it was discovered they were all used items from 4-10 years ago. Serials show the year and week of manufacture. DID NOT match what was on the boxes. Bait and Switch.
Edit: You didn't pay for shipping at all. We paid to ship the goods. Of course we knew the switches weren't new, that's not in dispute. In your kijiji ad you said the batteries were new. You showed us an invoice which said the batteries were new. When we inspected them at our warehouse and verified they weren't new and called you about it, you chose to hang up on us repeatedly instead of trying to work out either a fairer price for the goods or for you to come and take the goods back and give us a refund. You said we would have to pay shipping back to you, wait for a "tech" to look over the order and then you would decide if we would get a refund.
I would recommend that anyone who buys from you be extremely careful when purchashing "new" equipment. Inspect it very carefully.

β β β β β We have purchased refurbished Chromebooks and monitors from Uniway for work from home and at home learning. The prices were fair and they offer short warranty periods to allow for replacement in the event there is an issue with an item.

β β β β β Bought a laptop for our daughter for school last year. It went 6 months before acting up. Got worse and worse until it was unusable. We took it back today to see if they could help us out at all. They offered us 50$ if we exchanged it for another unit. We paid 265$ less than a year ago. No offer to fix it, would not let us exchange for another unit priced at 150$
I understand it's a 3 month warranty, but I also understand that we should get more than 6 months out of a laptop. Won't be back, be sure to tell all my friends.

β β β β β These guys are awesome! Don't listen to the negative reviews. I think people who left negative reviews don't understand technology and don't want to take responsibility for their mistakes. It's easier to blame others than accept responsibility for themselves. We just bought 6 computers and 12 monitors from these guys today for one of our offices and these guys were great to deal with. I have setup half the computers already and have had no issues. The only concern was we didn't get the power cords for the computers so we had to go back and pick them up, but there was a lot going on when we were there and it's understandable that they got missed when we were loading the computers. This is the place to go for good deals on computers.
