Mitchell has always been athletic and drawn towards competition. Mitchell’s background ranges from doing martial arts and playing provincial level rugby to performing as a professional ballet dancer. Throughout his athletic and artistic endeavours Mitchell has always had a passion for fitness, CrossFit was the obvious choice for him after retiring from dance. Mitchell has had the opportunity to grow as an athlete and a coach at MMSC and he looks forward to continuing his growth with Man-Made’s awesome community!

The coaching was top notch and very helpful. Ian was very accommodating to me dropping in for a few classes. The group that trains here is great! Everyone was very inviting and made me feel like I was just another member. I wish I lived here so I could train at MMSC all the time. If you live in Edmonton and want to get into Crossfit get in there, it's a great place, you are lucky to have it! Keep up the great work MMSC! Looking forward to coming back.

I'm actually really excited about working out here and looking forward to coming back again and again. This is a brand new South Edmonton Crossfit gym and is sure to explode with success as more people realize that this little gem exists. The coaches are top notch, they fire you up through your workout, but make sure your movements and form are perfect so that your safe and stay injury free. Plus the space is awesome and the other members are friendly and very welcoming. I honestly can't say enough about this place. I would recommend it to my closest friends and family. I feel lucky to have found it.

Supportive and welcoming people, strict/motivating coaching, nice and clean facility, challenging programming... it has it all. I have been a member for almost 3 years, and I still get excited wondering what the workout is going to be the following day. This place does not disappoint what-so-ever! Andrew, Mel, and their team of coaches are fantastic. Thank you all for including me in your community.

I had a wonderful experience, the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and personable. The gym is clean, tidy and is equipped very, very well. Will definitely visit again and encourage others to visit as well.
