I have been working with Mike for about 4 months and am very pleased with the results. As a 68 year old retiree with hearing aids I know I can try his patience but he constantly provides direction and encouragement. I am leaner and stronger than I have been in years, I also have more energy and my sore knees are a thing of the past. I would recommend Mikes program to anyone who wants to improve their fitness, improve their energy level or lose weight as I have seen all three results.

I have been training here for the past three years and will continue to do so. Mike has single handedly taught me how to achieve a level of fitness and well being that I didn't think possible and without straining myself physically and even more importantly, mentally. I began my fitness journey with multiple injuries to my shoulder and arm and he was able to work around them and now I am stronger with a better understanding of my body and how important proper nutrition can benefit my life and wellness. This gym is the best in the city. Great atmosphere and a quiet location. Mike is the best trainer here and also he gives nutrition advising such as meal plans.Having a robust personal trainer like Mike, who’s workout focuses on β€˜individuallyβ€˜ helps me as individual to achieve my fitness goals more effectively and efficiently rather than public gyms, where there are no proper guidance that lead many into various of injuries, muscle imbalances, muscle tear and wear. Mike is a expert trainer, who knows how train individuals with their INJURIES. I personally have many back injuries thus, losing fat has been extremely difficult to achieve for 10 years. With Mike on my side, I have achieved sufficient fat loss and gained symmetrical muscle. He has the bodybuilding awards (Bodybuilding championships) to prove it and the PHYSIQUE AND PERSONALITY to go along with it! Bottom line its all about getting into the best shape possible and doing whatever it takes to reach you fitness/ health goals. I have trained at EFN (off and on) for 10+ years. Anytime I’ve found myself falling off my plan, or when I have an event I want to prepare for (trips, weddings etc) I purchase a block of sessions with Mike. I can say with 100% certainty that anyone who takes that step towards their fitness goals and trains under EFNs guidance will absolutely see the results they so desire, and in the least amount of time humanly possible! Mike has built exercise and nutritional programs that are designed to help anyone succeed, regardless of body type or age. I’ve personally watched EFN help a vast variety of people find their inner beast mode and reach their goals. It’s really incredible!! Mike even got my 70 year old father in better shape than I had ever seen him in! Since moving further away and having a baby, I have struggled to physically get into EFN to train at their facility, however I must say that after reading Mikes book on training and nutrition, I found the β€œrefresher” on training, diet guidelines and mindset to be just the motivation I needed to get back on track using my home gym. I would strongly encourage anyone who already trains at EFN and even those who haven’t had the chance to do so, to pick up a copy of Mikes book. There is a ton of information in this easy to read book! (Very easy read actually, 1-2 hours max) Thanks again for giving me the proper tools needed to achieve lifelong fitness Big Mike!!
