★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having a pretty bad experience with a well-known, nationwide, "budget" carpet retailer in which I prepaid, booked an appointment, did my own carpet removal, but had no one show up on installation day, I found Troy! He came the same day and fit me in for installation within the week. He did a much more thorough measurement, offered me a better grade product, and the price was actually a couple hundred dollars lower than my estimate from that other company! Two very nice gentlemen came on installation day (as promised) and they did a very nice job on 3 bedrooms, a hallway, and two sets of stairs. I poked my head in several times to see the progress and they were so friendly and willing to answer all my questions. I live in a 1980s home, with some unusual woodwork, closet layouts and transitions, and I feel my home was treated with respect and attention to detail. So happy that I was able to get a refund from that other company (terrifying fine print) so that I could have the end result I have now! Highly recommend!

I suggest the people at freedom flooring if you are looking to replace the floor and need help with removal and installation also product selection! Thank you guys keep up the blessed work! As soon as I met Troy, I just knew I was in capable hands, his knowledge of his product combined with what I wanted, we were a great match. I asked a lot of questions and never felt in anyway I was being annoying. Totally impressed with Jose who installed the vinyl plank flooring, took great pride in his work. Would highly recommend this company hands down. Yippee!!! It looks absolutely gorgeous!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dealt with the friendly staff at the Mr Plank location on 99th ST; they were very helpful in-person and quick to respond to emails. Would have been 5 stars but I felt that my question about gluing down a few planks of the rubber-backed vinyl was poorly answered by Troy. Being told to strip off the rubber was not a good solution. I eventually found a glue that would stick to it. I bought the Homes Pro brand of SPC, which seemed too cheap to be good quality but installation was easy and so far it seems very durable.
