Samuel was fantastic to work with, prices were good, and the installers did a great job on time, in only three days. The installers had to come back and fix some grout mistakes and they weren’t great cleaning up my house after the job but overall I had a great experience that I would recommend.

We were renovating our full house and went through some bad experiences through out with other trades but luckily Touchtone was great enough to not cause any delays or errors while accomplishing their job. Both vinyl and carpet.
For the carpet.
They didnt cut out the vent holes there was a door to a room where they just cut a strip and left it there .. they re used one of the transition strips even though i paid for new ones. it was bent and half mangled i had to call them several times and wait almost 2 weeks to get them to put in new strip then i see the transition strip in hallway attached next to carpet but not on it... absolute horrible install..
Then the vinyl didnt come when it was supposed to then the guy they sent to install didnt even know it wasnt there and also didnt know he had to level floor wich i paid for... he did so at 9pm... then came back 2 days later after i called again several times to install also at 9pm...
They left 150 in gift cards and bottle of wine in my house as an appology for what the sales guy admitted to as an absolutely horrible install all around. Wich was nice but i dont want wine and a gift card i want the install i paid for done properly... tried to call about the strip they placed next to carpet as you can see in photos but no one responds anymore.
If your looking for quality and service i strongly suggest you avoid this place because you wont find either one of those here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We contracted Touchtone Flooring to install luxury vinyl plank flooring in the main floor of our house. We were very impressed with the timeline from order to install. Touchtone was very responsive to our inquiries and were extremely helpful in answering any of our questions related to our flooring project. We received competitive quotes but found that Touchtone had both the best price and timeline for install. We love our new floor and would highly recommend Touchtone for flooring needs. Thank you very much Anil, Account Manager, Warren who completed our site visit/measurements and provided information, and Alex who completed the installation. We would definitely use Touchtone again and highly recommend!

Alex, the installer, is very professional and knowledgeable on his trade. On point to his schedule or deadlines.
We are very please with the overall experience and would not hesitate to recommend them and look forward is using them for future projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really good experience with these guys. We dealt with Manav who pulled some strings to keep our instal date. Our installer Manual said it was gonna take 3 hours, took the poor guy closer to 5 hours to do the stairs. I was not worried about how long it would take. It was just a set of stairs with a couple of pie shape pieces and a 90 degree turn. No seems are visible, he reinstalled the baseboards and cleaned up. We went with a pattern on the carpet and absolutely love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware!!!! This was the worst company we have ever had dealings with. We should have known there would be trouble when the delivery guys wanted to leave the flooring outside at -30, and they expected two seniors in our 70's to carry it inside. When the installers came they didn't want to do what we paid for , and my husband had to start the removal of lino, before they would do what was paid for. Two walls had to be painted because of damage, ALL doors and door frames had to be washed because of black hand prints and smears, and we had to clear out the garbage and load a truck to take it to the dump. Every flooring company we've delt with over 50 years has taken the old flooring and garbage away. They put a dent in the 2 week old fridge, again not even an apology. After the install the floor felt like you were walking on a sponge, so they had to find another crew, took 2 weeks, and they had to remove half the dinning room and living room to repair the inferior workmanship. We were dealing with Alex the estimator and he said there would be some restitution, that didn't happen. Flooring is the same price everywhere, it's the install that shows the companies quality and customer service. This company has no customer service.

I purchased all my flooring and bathroom/kitchen tiles from Touchtone while doing major renos in my house, I found their prices to be very good and products better quality than mass stores. My kitchen and living room floor was a special order, came quick from the US. Carpets were available in store, those were ready for pickup. The floors look gorgeous installed, I cannot say enough about the great service I got from Effren and Hamsub. I was very stressed from my first contractor who dragged this job for months past promised deadline and these two gentlemen helped me with the supplies, referred me to a good installer and the job was finished in one week. My kitchen looks great, bathroom looks great. They went out of their way to help me and I am so appreciative. I am definitely purchasing my next floors from Touchtone. They earned themselves a long time customer.
