I have had the pleasure of getting to know Lauren Hunt at BFC and recommended my clients visit her showroom to look at flooring for their home renovations. She ended up picking a carpet that was more inexpensive than the one I initially picked out, assuring me it would do what I wanted for less money, and she was correct. The installation guys were friendly and efficient. Two floors done in two days with minimal fuss at less than I initially imagined spending on the project. Definitely recommend.

Right from my very first phone call (before I had even committed to purchasing anything), I was treated like the very most important customer. And I was just calling to ask a question. Because of how well we were treated by Brendan, we chose to purchase our material through BFC, even if it meant spending a bit more. Which it didn't, their prices were better then other places with the same product. I am sure all of their staff are amazing, but if your looking for a great person to work with for you flooring job, I highly recommend seeing Brendan. His customer service alone is the reason we chose BFC, and could not be happier with our choice. He was very honest and upfront with us, was super conscious of our timelines, and made us feel very well cared for throughout the entire process. Thank you!

Lauren came over and helped us color and product match, and gave us suggestions and ideas to update our older home. I found Lauren to be professional, artistic, creative and just a pleasure to deal with. Anthony, our installer did excellent work installing our plank tile flooring and carpet tiles. Anthony was organized, very respectful and did quality work. We are very happy with the finished appearance and quality of the product and workmanship. I looked at a few other stores and BFC also had the best selection of product. This time I was pleased to meet Lauren Hunt, who was very personable and knowledgeable of the product lines. She was excellent to work with, very responsive and helpful. She came to the house and took accurate measurements, she made a point to call personally to discuss options when delivery was delayed out of their control (as opposed to emailing or texting). Her and the installers were excellent and also efficiently mitigated an unforeseen issue with the subfloor and kept the project right on track. The installers were experienced, friendly and delivered a professional, quality installation. I LOVE my new hardwood and will definitely call Lauren when we do the rest of the house!

After taking a bunch of samples home we we decided on a beautiful luxury vinyl plank. The guys worked hard to have it installed within the day, and after a month we're not disappointed. Stands up to the animals and the kids and it's so easy to clean, I actually enjoy walking barefoot on it! They really did an Ace job on the stairwell as well! Lauren, David, John, Bob Tyler and whomever I've missed thank you so much for your advice and hard work!
