My experience with Kevin was great, he listened to what I was looking for. Then helped me identify areas of the city I should focus my attention on to find what I was looking for. Viewings were quickly arranged and I felt he saved me a lot of time and hassle during the viewing stage. Once I had found the house. Kevin was able to provide sound advice on structuring an offer that would keep me safe but at the same time provide what the seller needed to secure a deal. He worked hard to negotiate a fair deal and in the end saved me a good amount of money.
