★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this Windsor Plywood. I wish they were all run this well and staffed/managed by teams like this. Windsor can be hit-and-miss as they are all independently owned and operated, and owners are free to set their own prices and carry different goods. The owner of this store is really great though. His prices are in line with other retailers or are better. Never have be disappointed with the price or service here.
If you have had challenges with the West and North Edmonton Windsor Plywood, check out the South Edmonton location. It is night and day better, and it will likely become a go-to store if your are a DIY'er, woodworker, or carpenter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff suggested buying extra T&G and returning unused, but failed to explain return policy re:unopened bundles and invoice provided no detail on policy. Same staff who suggested return, flatly refused return, and store manager completely inflexible, citing industry standards. Bundles not picked thru and yet... zero flexibility, zero understanding. Bundles delivered with tape on some ends and one board massively damaged. Beware! Mostly good experiences with purchase and delivery, terrible with returns.
