★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with Top Shelf Closets & Glass. We are paying a lot of money for a custom product. Their staff, however, designed our shower door to industry standard without so much as a discussion as to what might best suit our needs, given our smaller space. The inexperience of the staff performing the templates and the installers really shines through. We now must practically straddle our toilet to open our door for shower access. Would recommend going with a different company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The glass broke on one of our Bifold Mirror Closet doors, we thought we would have to replace all the doors but Top Shelf Closets and Glass came to our rescue!
We dropped off the broken Bifold and they were able to replace the broken mirror pane with a new one, it looks absolutely perfect like nothing ever happened.
Also impressed by how well they packaged up our repaired Bifold door for transport it really showed that they care. We would not hesitate to go to them for any future repairs or renovations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We installed 10 mm glass doors (on hinges) in two of our bathroom renovations. The product is higher up in the price range but you definitely get what you pay for and expect. Our bathrooms are outstanding but it is the showers with their pristinely sharp glass doors that catch people's attention when they first see our bathrooms. The experience with Top Shelf from start to finish was excellent, from the drawings stage to templating to installation. The company is manned by top-notch people who care about the product and how it fits into a home project. Bobby and his assistant completed both installations, with stunning results. Templating the glass pieces is a critical part of such products, and a minor miscalculation in one of the bathrooms led quickly to their decision to reorder the piece (the door), something that we did not expect, but very much appreciated. Bobby completed thorough walk-throughs with us, explaining the installation process and demonstrating the magnificently tight tolerances on fit, etc. once the installations were complete. The thicker 10 mm doors feel great and look great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an awful company to deal with, do not do business with them. Please review the fair trade act before interacting with them, and ensure they are a Government of Alberta Fair Trade Act licensed business. It is illegal to ask for full payment and deposit from a home owner before any work is done. Do not give them a credit card, because then if there are any issues, they will still charge you.
They have horrible service. This kind of company doesn't deserve your business. Go to someone who supports you and has great care of their clients. This place simply does not. Read other reviews, they seem to upset a lot of people. Homeowners especially should be aware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most awesome people here at Top Shelf. Our story.. We bought a Satin Nickel wire shelf from Lowes and could not find the hardware to match. Thinking it was just the one store we went to we tried another store only to find out from the sales associate they do not carry the hardware we needed. Who sells a shelf and does not carry the matching hardware? Top shelf to the rescue. The kind people at Top Shelf had every piece of hardware that we needed and now we can add the shelve to match the rest of our house. Something so simple and caused us a lot frustration but solved by Top Self. Thank you to all at Top Shelf and I would definitely recommend Top Shelf to everyone and we will be using them for any of our future shelving needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing. Ordered custom fit glass, the individual we were originally dealing with went on vacation and we ended up having a shower kit installed to the wrong specifications. Top shelf wanted to charge us $600 more despite us already having a quote for custom cut glass and paid for a custom cut. Shower kits are cheaper than what we paid. Order took 4 weeks and they couldn't get it right. They tried to blame us for the communication breakdown even though all emails showed we we ordered a custom glass. Need to work on communication and customer service.

He was very helpful in providing suggestions and advise for our somewhat tricky shower configuration. Sydney was great in scheduling installation. Bobby was our installer, and he made the extra effort to ensure everything was done properly. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommended! Thank you Randy, Sydney and Bobby!!!

They can customize the shelves, design your closet, glass doors, mirror, as the staff is helpful and advises you so you make the right decision. I personally loved the LED mirror, it's so beautiful
