★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We worked with Ultimate Homes and Renovations to develop an exterior renovation plan for our house. Marc, the company vice president, worked with with us to develop our vision and to provide us with an overall cost quote which was fully adhered to. Marc was easy to contact anytime with questions and he communicated regularly with all the sub-contractors involved. He visited the site frequently to access the progress. All of the sub-contractors were respectful, courteous, completed their part efficiently, and took pride in their work. They did not leave a mess for us to clean up which had not been our previous experience. Overall, we are extremely happy with the completed upgrade which fit exactly with our initial vision. We would not hesitate to recommend this company for personable and professional service. We will be engaging them again for some indoor renovations in the near future.

Marc provided suggestions that matched our budget and his team of professionals were very respectful, responsive and reliable. Andrew, Spencer and Dave were meticulous with the windows and siding install. I can’t say enough about their workmanship and quality of service. Mark is very knowledgeable, helpful and made choosing this company easy. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great renovator and will defiantly be using them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the last decade, Ultimate has been our renovator of choice for a new roof, new siding (both of which were to replace inferior work done by other companies), new doors, new triple glazed windows (locally made), new flooring, new interior paint, and new baseboards. We have always appreciated Marc’s input and his honest, get-to-the-point attitude. We have noted that, with Ultimate, the service does not stop when the work is finished. Marc has noticed a few minor details years later and has had them fixed quickly with no fuss or questions asked. He and his staff display a customer-first focus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took this company as a referral who had done our neighbour's house. We had our windows replaced, doors replaced, and added insulation over original stucco before siding it. They treated us very well, communicated timely, did what they said would do, and provided an excellent end result. The house looks amazing and we've noticed a big difference in heating and cooling over the year since it was completed.

Jeremy in particular, was instrumental in streaming and organizing all the work. Thanks to Ultimate Renovations, we are very pleased with all of our upgrades including our new kitchen, our new back deck, our sliding barn doors, new eavestroughs and our new windows!

Marc provided good insight and advice prior to the work starting - Steve did a great job on the prep work, the rigid Styrofoam and vinyl siding installation - Dimitri did an excellent job with the stone work. Overall, I am very pleased with the work Ultimate Renovations did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Ultimate Renovations to apply insulation and siding to our house and are really impressed with how great the job turned out. The cost was reasonable and we went with a fairly thick insulation and high end siding. The work started when it was supposed to and the installer was awesome. It is great to see a true professional tradesman perform his job - it was easy to see that he takes pride in what he does. The work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time and no detail was missed. Cleanup was also completed in a timely fashion. Job well done - looks beautiful, traffic noise is now minimal and out heTing & cooling bills will be reduced. Also took advantage of federal and municipal energy rebate programs so we will be reimbursed some of the costs. Thanks to all all involved in the process.
