★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was friendly and knowledgeable; upfront with costs, the installers replaced the hardwood on the second floor, were professional, and did a great job. They were considerate and cleaned up the area before they left. I would recommend Fairmont for any flooring needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am delighted to have walked in to Fairmont flooring were Al, the store owner who is super knowledgeable, was able assist with my flooring needs. He had given me invaluable advice on how to proceed with replacing the old carpet on my 2nd floor and stairs with new hardwood flooring. I have to say that the selection of flooring is huge so you'll definitely find what you are looking for. And after looking at other local flooring stores as well as home depot, Lowes, etc., I found that Fairmont's prices were also very competitive and fairly priced. Al was also able to arrange for installers to come in and do top notch install in a timely manner.
In short, don't go anywhere else and waste your time, this is the place to go. I highly recommend Fairmont flooring!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had crown and trim work done (door and window casing). Al had Mo and his assistant do the work. I recommend requesting MO as he is detail oriented, asks good questions and genuinely wants to find the best solution, which is not necessarily the easiest.
We always have great service from Al at Faimont

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My agent recommended this store to us when we needed to sell our townhome in pickering last month. We were really happy with the quality of hardwood we chose. Their installer was on time and friendly, he did both floors in one day. Mind you we have only about 1100 sqft on both levels. Overall we are really happy and so were the buyers. During showings we had a lot of positive feedback on the staging and on the floors. We are looking to do our new home next spring so we'll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter did her flooring with you and she was beyond happy with them, great customer service and very knowledgeable. I just renovated my whole house and i am very pleased with how everything turned out, i bought other products from other store but did not receive a discount. I came to fairmont and bought my hardwood and my scheduler systems for my 6 washrooms and installation and it did not break the bank great prices, very pleasant to deal with Al. definitely will recommend to my family and friends.

Sam was helpful and was able to push the delivery a few days earlier. Much appreciated. He recommended we go with the ditra heat style for all the washrooms and wherever we lay down the tile. We ended up choosing the tile from here as well.
