★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've built two decks now using this store and we are really happy with the quality of the product and selection available. Their showroom is really nice and they have everything on display so you can assess colors and textures of the actual deck surface before buying. We've found it best to shop at the beginning of the season for product availability. Their sales department is great. You just give them your dimensions and drawings and they build a quote and calculate everything you need. We always had a point of contact with the same sales person each time which was great when you had a question. It was like talking with a friend about the project instead of calling a random person and having to explain the whole scenario. Stephanie was really helpful and responsive and I would not hesitate to recommend this store to all of my friends. We get lots of complements on our new deck and we couldn't be happier with the result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with Everything Exterior has been very mixed. There were many errors made by them while putting together our deck package and it took us nearly three months to receive all the materials required to complete our deck. We were given the wrong materials for our deck on three separate occasions and had to wait weeks between each instance to receive the proper materials from their warehouse.
The process we went through when communicating with the company while trying to locate our missing pieces and ensure we had everything we needed was extremely slow and irritating. We expected a much more seamless process while dealing with deck experts and a specialty store like this that offers deck packages.
Onto the positives - the deck itself looks great and we are satisfied with the quality of materials once we received it all. Although the communication was very slow, all of the different employees we spoke to were very friendly and positive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best place hands-down to buy composite and PVC decking in Edmonton. The price is comparable to other stores, but it is the customer service that drives this business. We built a small deck with Clubhouse decking (Ironwood and Driftwood) and Tim went beyond the norm for helping us achieve this. This product is amazing, and this store is the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an excellent experience at Everything Exterior. The design consultation service was incredibly valuable to us. It helped us define our goals and narrow down our product choices. We were able to consult the designer throughout the project as questions arose, which was so helpful. She was like a personalized guide and took care of so many details for us with estimating and ordering. We had our product delivered, and we have never seen such perfectly packed materials! We were very happy with the selection of products, and the final result ended up exceeding our expectations. Excellence and attention to detail permeates this business, and we highly recommend them.

The project was a lot of fun, and highly rewarding....I'm now looking for other areas to improve. Thanks to Stef for helping an everyday homeowner put this together!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just finished a front entrance make-over with the help of Natalie at Everything Exterior. Natalie is the bomb... just saying!! We weren’t totally sure what we were getting into but Natalie, Nick and others were so helpful with suggestions and to put together our order from our plan, and to explain any questions we had along the way. Quality Stone is so easy to work with. As was the decking. We had a local courier ship our order and the team was very accommodating as the courier ran late.
Now we have the “problem” of talking to each of our neighbors when they ask where we got the stone and how we did it. It’s an easy referral to make ... “see Natalie at Everything Exterior”!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im so glad to be able to forward a review both of the store, and their rep Kurt. We're having a house built, and this store truly provides one stop shopping compared to their competitors.
Kurt was amazing, and so patient with the numerous consult visits, to ensure everything was just right. Cement board, cement siding, Lux, composite decking. He was knowledgeable, engaged (one day he had probably 20 different types of decking out to check colours would go with the siding), he made the process fun which I really appreciated. He wasn't just an expert salesman, but designer, and consultant too. Having made our choices, there was nothing for us to do, Kurt dealt directly with our amazing builder for ordering of the materials.
I hope his boss knows how awesome he is. I highly recommend EE/Kurt for any project.
