m	m green on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this location this evening to pick up an order. I had the displeasure of interacting with Tom. He was condescending, somewhat pompous, and our interaction ended with yelling. (I leaned in with 1 foot to show him my order as he scanned the shelves and rather that say something like "you can't be back here" he began YELLING at me, repeatedly saying "STAY OUT! STAY OUT!" while shoving his hand within 2" of my face. He was yelling so much that anyone passing would surely think I was attacking him!). He then made a backhanded comment, thinking I didn't hear him, then tried to act innocent. That's when I gave it right back to him - this is when he suddenly had a problem with the way things were going. Not when he was yelling at me and being rude but when I gave it back to him. The gentleman on cash was craning to see what was happening. When I approached the register I asked what the associate's name was and was told it was Tom. He then asked what happened and identified himself as the owner (his shirt said "Bruce". Also, he mentioned that he could hear some of the yelling from the front of the store!). I told him what happened and when I finished, by which time Tom was standing next to him, he looked at me, nodded and began serving the next customer! Not a word said. Tom and I had a final exchange, with him yelling and Bruce continuing to serve another customer. Guess that says it all. I am giving this review a "2" instead of a "1" simply because the lady I spoke with when placing my order was extremely pleasant.
