I could not be more happy with my kitchen, the service, quality and price is 100%.

I think that we got good value for money spent. You could not buy cabinets elsewhere cheaper than what you would pay for cabinets here installed. The Installer did a good job. One thing - we were not ready for the Installer to install all the trim pieces and it costs too much for him to come back. And beware - your countertop may not fit with these cabinets. We had to use 1 x 2 boards on top of the cabinets to raise the countertop otherwise the drawers would not open. This modification is not noticeable but it should not be necessary. Then of course we had to raise the DW in order to not have a huge gap between the DW and countertop.

So happy with our kitchen from Splendid Cabinets! They were quick to answer all the questions we had and had drawings for us within days of our first conversation. Cindy was also quick to update the drawing when we made changes. Can't say enough about how much we appreciated this. Installation of our kitchen was fantastic, the installer was great and we really appreciated his attention to detail. We will definitely recommend you to all our friends looking for a great company to work with!

Here's my experience with Splendid Cabinet. ?? I will give them: Service: -10 if I can. Cabinet material: normal for the price. Cabinet doors: normal for the place. Cabinet drawers workmanship: average Paint job: we went with white and brownish matching a headwood. (They sent it out for painting the paint job is good but credit is not for them it's for the other company) I hope my experience will help other people. Owner: go by Zhu (He was nice before we order from them. Promise me he will help us for 3 hours and give us guidance. In time to do the installation he change the day and time a couple of time, and I understand he's busy. the day he came over he only stay for one and a half hour, he was late and didn't call us and the wife call but no answer. And when he there, he gives me the wrong guidance how to install the top molding. He show me how to do the molding by stacking the two pieces together and told me just to nail it together. later I find out it's wrong. We call, they can't give me a answer on the high of the molding. He is getting old, keep saying that he forgets or he didn't say that) ( He said to my wife. He been giving us a lot of help. If it were some white person he wouldn't of help at all) (Zhu is a rude person that keeps saying that we are a lot of hassle and I am not a professional on the phone. But in person he seem normal.) He is a two-faced person!!! Reception: Peggy (Hard to communicate with her in English. Every time I have questions, I have to ask my wife to speak to her in Mandarin, keeps making mistakes on our cabinet order. And do not admit it. She doesn't know anything about the cabinets measurements and parts, funny she designed it. And Zhu alway on her side when there parts that is wrong and have to reorder.) (She take so long to reply messages) Pricing: ok, but not the best out there. For them to install: I did have them install it. For DIY Person: I do not recommend. No Instruction (we asked for instruction we just got a basic instruction for the panels go no measurements), No Hardware( we have to ask for the hardware's each time I find out we need them) I ordered Kitchen/Washrooms cabinet for the whole house. We went to this place because some painter recommend us to go there. Communication with them would be better in Mandarin. Order took some time to arrive, (understandable covid time) but I was in no rush so that was okay. Overall our experience, I do not recommend this company. rude! and unprofessional! Better off ordering from Ikea or other companies
