★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We built a home with Marcson and have had issues with our flooring from icon. The flooring never looks clean and has a haze over it. We have had icon out to take a look and the technicians agreed that the flooring looked wrong, or blotchy. We then recieved an email saying that our flooring was fine and that they will not do anything about it. We have tried to get in contact with icon and can’t seem to reach anyone...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Icon Flooring was exceptionally responsive when we called about a problem with the tile in our shower. Never once did they try to get out of taking responsibility and sent someone out promptly to address the issue. I would highly recommend Icon Flooring

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our home builder used Icon Flooring for the interior work. Icon came to regrout a section of cracked tile and instead of testing the grout colour they just went ahead and used the wrong colour. We have been trying to get the back to repair the grout and fix a few other items however they continually no show for appointments and make no effort to provide half decent customer service. I would highly recommend avoiding Icon Flooring. They lack professionalism and are very difficult to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Icon has by far the best service for flooring providers in the industry. Sheldon and John were easy to get in touch with, very accommodating and their work is outstanding. Being a professional in the new construction industry, I have seen my fair share of work throughout the years. Icon by far surpasses what is currently on the market, exceeds expectations and leaves a very satisfied customer. I would recommend Icon to anyone needing some flooring needs!

He explained everything very well. His work was done so well. I love the way the mosaic tile looks in our space!!! Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic -after only 5 years, our carpet was bubbling up and the seams that were visible from day 1 were getting worse. We had to replace 12 year old Home Depot "builder grade" carpet that had no issues until our basement flooded in 2015. We contacted our Icon sales person about it and he connected us with a technician that was able to help try to fix some of the problems with the terrible install. For $350.
He was very clear that the bubbling up should NEVER happen, especially after only 5 years -but the installers Icon subcontracted were terrible -they didn't stretch out the carpet when they put it in, so we had bubbling up of the carpet in 3 rooms, and on every single stair they did.
He also said they installed the carpet the wrong way -something I specifically asked about at the time of install. The visible seam I saw from day one was NOT actually just an install issue, but a defect in the carpet. Something any decent installer would have seen, and something that would have been replaced under warranty by the manufacturer, for free -but that would have meant a return trip.... too much of a hassle for the "pros" at Icon. What an absolute joke.
ZERO post sales support, had to hire a better technician after the fact out of my own pocket. AVOID ICON LIKE THE PLAGUE -hopefully the rumours are true and they're actually going out of business. These guys are hacks. STAY AWAY. RUN.
I would give them zero stars if I could. Seriously, don't give these crooks a nickel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our homebuilder used Icon for interior. We are first time home builders who are new to everything. Icon gave us little to no assistance in choosing products that would go well together and look good in our new home. We paid for an upgraded package with our homebuilder for hardwood floors. Then at Icon, the sales person led us to believe that vinyl was an upgrade from hardwood. So we paid Icon an additional premium to “upgrade” from hardwood to vinyl in our home. They also sold us top of the line underlay but the cheapest of carpets. So now we can feel almost every staple that has been put into the underlay because the carpet is so thin. Where was the guidance to tell us this would happen with such cheap carpet and lush underlay? Overall, we felt disappointed by their lack of care in helping us to pick products that would work together and that they were misleading. I spoke with the manager and was told I would be called back but never was.

Our home was built by Brookfield and Icon were contractor to install the carpet throughout the home.
After being in the home for two years we noticed in one spot the carpet began to lift at the top of the stairs causing a trip hazard.
Over the next 12 months throughout the whole house the carpet has begun to lift and get continuously worse.
After calling the customer service department I was advised to email them the issue to schedule a resolution to this issue.
After multiple emails and two weeks of trying I have still had no answer and the carpet continues to get worse.
I would definitely not recommend anyone to use their services or their products due to poor quality, and needing replacement after 1 to 2 years.
