Service was excellent but for the dollar to donair ratio, it was small and there wasn't anything special about the flavour/taste. I did like having other topping choices then the usual.

Expensive and small portions, this restaurant has a mould/old grease smell like. Staff wearing uniforms outside to smoke then go back in behind counter and proceed to make food for customers. I understand it’s a new location but during this very touchy public health crisis food handling and safety should be the number one priority. Customers sitting at tables and then leaving and staff not sanitizing tables... There are some Positives, staff are wearing hairnets, floors appear to be fairly clean and fresh paint job inside. Won’t be back any time soon but maybe once the business has time to figure out their staffing at new location. Food was warm and tasted alright, nothing stood out during my first visit to this particular location.

Quality fo the food is still great, but has become way over priced. 15$ for a medium Donair poutine is over priced, considering almost all other competing donair businesses charges that or less for a large. On top of this the hours are pretty terrible and seems that this location just closes whenever they want. It has become very bothersome, considering that I would consider myself a regular customer. For these reasons I have switched where I go for my donairs.

I would have give a 4 star rating except for the fact that it wasn't rolled tight enough to eat on the go. The quality was top notch with an extremely flavorful beef spiciness sautΓ©ed in a nice extra flavor (prime time). The place was clean, staff polite and respectful, price even reasonable. I'll be going back to try another combination for an enjoyable meal experience. To bad I did try it again and have been disappointed, not in quality but quantity the size has shrunk by at least 20% and the price of over $12 means I'll never go back again

Excellent food, one of my favorite donair shops in the entire city. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is it can take a long time to get your food. I often wait 20+ minutes during the lunch hour, which isn't ideal when working.

Avoid this place. Way too expensive for what you get. No combos here. But they say you get a 20% discount for pickup orders. However a small side of fries starts out at $5. My food came to a total of 24$. One donair, fries and a pop. Never again!! Oh and this location closes at 5pm during the week. And the food is average at best. So you can get a donair combo as good or better practically anywhere for less.... Staff is slow and they look super unhappy to be there too
