Very unfriendly workers,give you the feeling of not being welcomend...!
If you want to keep people happy with your restaurant...you can not ignore unfriendlieness !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to wait for 15 minutes in the drive through for just a chubby burger. When I finally got it and drove away I realized both buns were covered in mustard. Never thought I would have to specify no mustard on a chicken burger or on a menu item that shouldn't have it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mmm, A&W, so many childhood memories. Stopped in for a few mama burgers as they're on special right now, and was happy to be greeted by very friendly and courteous staff. Service was quick, food was delicious hot, and best of all the burgers were well seasoned (something that seems to be a dying art in burger joints as of late).
Place is nice and clean as well.
They also have lovely coffee that's custom roasted for them by Van Houtte, and it's a rather tasty blend, one of my favourites from fast food chains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure if these philopino foreign temp workers got their citizenship already but they need to do a better job, they act like the job ain't important anymore, spend time to make sure the order is right and less time gossiping in your language. I tell them clearly what I want then wait and watch as they run around gossiping then when I get my order low and behold it's wrong. Sometimes cheap labour is not the answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: The onion rings are absolutely delicious as always
Cons:
1:I was asked to place my order three times while sitting in the Drive-Thru the line hadn't move forward at all so they came on the speaker again and asking what I would like
2: when taking my money and handed my food out the window not a single form of communication took place there was no comments like "here's your change" or even saying something like "here is your food" or "have a great day" they just handed me my food and turned around and walked away
(I mean one could argue that it was busy at the store. However at 11am there was only one other car in front of me in the Drive-Thru and inside looked completely empty)
3: when leaving the drive-thru to exit back onto the main road make sure you go extremely slow the ramp going down will make your car bottom out very rough exit of the restaurant.
Needless to say, i will more than likely not be returning to this location.
At least not without compensation for poor quality of service

They lie to your face here and never get the fries here they taste great but you only get half of what you pay for.
Pay attention to your order because there is a language difference here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down this is the BEST A&W in the city of Edmonton. The ladies that work at this location are the most hard working bunch in the YEG Burger game. Everything from fast service to service quality as well as the quality of food everything at this A&W is stellar. All other burger joints should take note. This is how it's done. Bravo Ladies!!!

I was order over hard eggs but they served me over easy .Staff need to be educate more .waiter is yelling on kitchen crew that I can watch from inside restaurant .Please tel your waiter to not shout on kitchen staff and she service my breakfast with serious face that I don't like way of treating the customers.
