★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customers service sucks here! I have a specific order that I like to be made and they never listen to my request. They are very rude and disrespectful here. I have never had any problems at the different locations. I would give zero star if it was an option. Highly recommend visiting the Ajax location, much nicer there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Osmow’s is a great spot for a quick bite! We ordered the chicken shawarma, chicken shawarma plate and the poutine! The prices were fair but there are other authentic places which are cheaper. The quantity is also fair! Overall good experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It should be against store policy to serve such stale dry fries that have been sitting for hours. What a disappointment. Another location I’ll have to avoid going to for terrible food quality. Very rare to come across a location that strives to serve you fresh food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ordered from here on uber eats, the tape on the bag wasn't cut or ripped and only half of the meat on my large and tried to say they put all the meat on my large, does that look like all the meat? And I ordered from there every other week, not anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fattoush salad is disappointing and certainly not as advertised. There were no onions, no green peppers, and no dressing on this one. (I added my own dressing before I thought to take a picture). Most of the lettuce was the bitter inner parts, not the leaf. In my opinion, it is not worth the cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees here don't seem to know how to cut vegetables properly. The vegetable portions in my chicken shawarma were extremely huge, with very big chunks of onions. Compared to a ball shape of lindor chocolate it's the same height/length and very thick. Dont plan on returning here.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location and both of the time have been absolutely terrible. I’ve had ordered from other locations and never had issues but this location consistently messes up. This time they completely ruined my family’s dinner. This was what was given with the falafel oh the rocks barely any sauce or rice… secondly another part of the order was ordered “a little” spice level but they ended up making it “extreme” the entire top of the dish was red from the hot sauce. On top of all the food being messed up we ordered online and when we got it the food was cold. I will never be returning to this location and advise you to avoid this location at all costs.
****The email provided in the response from the store does not exist. When an email is sent to the copied and pasted address it bounces back saying that it doesn’t exist. Obviously them taking “customer satisfaction very seriously” is a joke or they wouldn’t provide a non existent email. This is another reason to avoid this establishment****
