★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 1 hot chocolate, 1 milk shake, 1 reg mcflurry, and 1 sundae. Asked me to wait just past drive thru window. Sat for 12 mins while they fulfilled 6 other orders behind me. Pulled to front and spoke to manager. She explained they had to refill the shake machine. Great! Maybe inform the customer and let them decide if they want to wait. She offered a refund and no product. Ms. Manager, in the future, you should still offer your customer the product in addition to the refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the disgusting dinner I did not eat but paid for. My kid also did not eat their dinner because on top of the instructions to remove Big Mac sauce and onions you totally ignored the directions. I also asked for fries not apples. The management of this location should be fired because you clearly can’t manage staff and the staff should be fired because you clearly can’t function as humans. Totally disgusting. McDonald’s you are only as strong as your weakest people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been trying this particular McDonald's restaurant a few times past 4 months working on nights its close for me. I thought the first 3 times my food was either cold or wrong completely that it was just bad timing or my bad luck? However I would give them a couple more tries. Seriously they have not improved one bit. The worst of the worst McDonald's experience ever. It's not the service!! Their friendly as can be..kudos to them. It's their product! Just terrible. Won't be back at this location ever again unless it gets sold. It's too bad one location can ruin a decent reputation. Goodnight Garden and Taunton McDees. You Suck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know it may be hard for them to understand but serving cold fries that fill 3/4 is pretty unaccetable and it seems too occur almost everytime which is impressive to mess up that consistently, and yes the picture is how I actually got my fries through the drive thru (cold btw)

Photo shows the theft of proper ice cream height.
Appears to have been eaten by one of the employees before handed to me
This wouldn't be the first time this has happened at this location.
