They always get your order right and always help you with the items that you select. I love the quality of their coffee and their fresh baked items

Polite respectful and took his time to take my order. Environment is very calm here not like Starbucks or Tim’s. Mostly retired people who r just sitting and talking. I enjoyed the peace. Coffee taste I feel like an opportunity. I also feel like second cup should look at the size of the drink compare to competitors. Price is almost the same as Starbucks. Thanks

I love that they offer dairy free alternatives to their coffee, like soy, almond, and now coconut milks! Most excited about the coconut milk! Will be coming here again, especially since it is Pumpkin Spice Latte season. Attached is a picture of their delicious Pumpkin spice cold brewed coffee, with coconut milk.

The reason I am giving this location one star is due to its extremely limited hours. I have walked over several different times throughout the year to find it closed. I just went last Sunday January 23. They are currently operating on a 10 to 3 schedule and closed Sundays. I would understand a bit more if it was in a high business area like downtown Toronto where people work 9 to 5 hours; however this location is surrounded by residential and some businesses, and the businesses do not all shut down at 5pm either. It needs to be open a bit longer even to 8 pm. I'm sure there are people like myself who enjoy picking up a coffee or tea while out for a nice evening walk.
