S	Shaun Morin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go for the Venti Chai Latte. Only thing I ask is that it's extra hot. Otherwise it seems to cool down too soon and it's not enjoyable. The extra hot here is well....lukewarm. maybe their machine needs calibration or cleaning...who knows. Don't care for a Lukewarm Chai Latte especially after I've paid $6 for my beverage. For $6 I expect it to be perfect. $6 is horribly unreasonable price...but I pay it.

But the other day I was treated with nothing but disrespect, which is saying a lot since the interaction lasted all but 2 minutes. The girl who was so rude, her name started with an N and she had red box braids, managed to roll her eyes at me 3 times among other things, when I did was order a vanilla steamer (Not even a hard drink to make?). She was then rude to the next 2! people who were in line behind me. I typically do not post negative reviews, as I've worked retail for years and I understand that everyone has bad days. But if you cannot separate what is happening in your personal life and work, with the way you treat customers then that job is not for you. If I were this girls manager and I saw her treat not one, but three!!! Customers that way, I would have at a minimum written her up, late alone on probation. Please fix your attitude if you want to work in a customer service position. I'm not putting 1 star because all my other experiences here have been good, but this has definitely soured it for me.
