★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the Banana Republic ("BR") but avoid this store all times. Go to west Edmonton mall location. This store manager is rude and not customer friendly at all. I placed an ordered online and was not sure of the size so i ordered multiple sizes as encouraged by BR. As per official return policy of BR, I went to the store to return the wrong sizes and had the worst return experience ever. First, the attendant by mistake didnt refund two of the items. Luckily, I checked receipt and spotted the mistake. I understand that the mistakes happen sometimes but the attendant initially refused to accept her mistake and ignored that two items were missing. SO STUPID. In front of her, I counted the physical garments returned and the number of items on the return receipt and pointed out that they dont reconcile and she was still repeating that all items are returned. Then her manager came and she was said we dont accept online returns in store which is clearly the violation of BR official return policy. After arguing with both of them for 30 minutes and explaining the math they finally were able to do full refund. phew.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live an hour from this location and shopped online. I liked the quality but I had picked the wrong sizes and needed to go exchange items. This location was efficient, had solid recommendations, well organized and attentive. I will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely excellent service EVERY TIME. When I walk into Banana Republic, I'm always greeted with a smile and offered help to find whatever I'm looking for. They always check on you in the change room and see if you need anything else and make helpful suggestions. The product is also of high quality. Great store with great staff and management!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shopping for jeans all days and absolutely miserable. I couldn't find anything to fit my body correctly. I came to banana Republic and they had exactly what I wanted. The customer service was so good and girl in the change room made me feel so good about my choice. Yes, it costs a little more than American eagle, but the quality of the clothes and the customer service makes it all worth it. Three different ladies helped me today and they were all lovely.
