★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zara is one of my favorite clothing store but that one in Southgate Mall is always a mess, too many people and unorganized shelves and tables. The way everything is displayed, make one feel lost in this store.

The closing manager was super rude and was using words like ‘will be kicking out’ the customers. She had no etiquettes on how how to behave and talk to customers.
Will never shop there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has the WORST return policy. 30 days and that’s final. Regardless wether the item is still new with tags. No store credit, nothing. I probably would’ve spent more then what I was returning but with a policy like this, I will never spend another penny in a Zara. That’s too bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a shirt and it didn't fit, brought it back in mint condition with the tag still on it and they wouldn't exchange it. I didn't even want money back, I would have have just gotten another shirt of same value but they said "Its not our policy." Well, now it's my policy to never shop there again and to tell anyone who asks that they shouldn't either.
