★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have spent lots of money at this store and I called this morning to ask them to ship a few men's t shirts and after she went to see if they were in stock, she tells me they have 2 out of 3. I'm asking to order them and she says, we'll have to call you back because there's a lineup at the til. Well, I am a customer also and she didn't want to serve me, maybe she shouldn't have answered the phone. We were told by them in the past at this store to just call and order from us and we'll ship to you with no cost. We live in Grande Prairie, not Edmonton and are very dissatisfied with the lack of service today. We ended up ordering online, which cost us $10.00 extra. We've spent thousands at this particular store in the past, and shame on you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to use the lifetime warranty they had when I first bought my items. When I purchased them I was told a store credit could be used even if I didn’t like the colour of an item anymore. Went in today and they told me that policy doesn’t exist anymore and I simply got a shrug and a sorry. Be careful to buy here, if they say lifetime warranty they don’t actually mean it. Probably won’t buy from here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eddie Bauer since 1970s Seattle store coming to Ottawa in '78 bought Icelandic wool coat (!!) 2 Shearling coats..still the best place for go to gear. I see pj's, I see furlined & down head gear, thermo gloves, I see Boxing Day prices, its icy, take care going there..oh wait I need that -25 below today

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a jacket on Black Friday and was told by sales person that it wasn't on sale. Found later in the evening that it was on sale at 50% price on Eddie Bauer Canada website. Went to store today for price match but the store manager Kim was very rude and told me that she cannot match Friday's on-line price. She offered to match the current day price only, which went up after black Friday. This store is not following fair practices of price match. Will never go to this store again. Was very dissatisfied with Kim's rude behavior, who to start with was not happy with me as at the entrance I told her reason for my visit was return.
