All of the staff there is great but TOSH in particular is excellent to us every time we go in. She is kind, honest and a good problem solver. I also like the layout of the store and how easy it is to find exactly what you're looking for. When I want a new watch, Fossil in Southgate is my first stop!

The lady with spectacles and cute smile don't remember her name but had to mention her here. I had bought 3 watches and went there to fix the fitting of them on my wrist. The whole experience was smooth like butter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a promotion email from Fossil so I stopped by the store in Southgate Mall. The particular watch is brand new, 2022 spring collection. Thankfully with the help of Eevee and Tosh they were able to order one for me. Excellent service and very grateful for Tosh’s assistance in making the purchase happen plus they gave me an extra 10% discount, fabulous!!! Love Fossil and Southgate store is my one to go to.

She was able to find a matching replacement strap in exchange for the broken one. She also helped me find an additional cross body bag, and a matching wallet, both on sale. The staff were friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure the watch left in great shape, even replacing the hinge with a much nicer one. They ensured it was sized as comfortably as possible and provided the old parts to us in case we had trouble and needed it switched back. Thank you!
