Will be back soon for some more dangly navel rings and some large earrings

I returned to the southgate location in hopes of simply exchanging the ball for a smaller size. I brought the jewelry back in the same bag it was purchased in, talked with the same person who sold it to me, and was told that because i no longer had my paper receipt, there was nothing they could do for me. This is frustrating because the sales person made me a store profile when I made my original purchase and offered to send me an emailed copy of the receipt. Yet they claimed there’s nothing they can do because the profile doesn’t show my original purchase? Obviously it’s my fault for losing the original paper receipt but it’s just disappointing to be told that with all of the information I gave them and being able to prove the transaction from my bank statement, I can’t be helped.
M	Makaylah Sigaty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had bad experiences with this place both times I’ve been there. The jewelry is cheap. Even before Covid happened, they wouldn't help me put the jewelry in. I’m not the best at doing it myself because I’m a little bit shaky in the hands. The girl sold me the smallest jewelry backing. I couldn’t even get the piercing in the hole. She was giving me a rude attitude. She was not helpful at all.

Jenna is my favourite as shes been around for probably longer than I’ve been a customer and the one that I usually end up seeing here and it’s just great being on friendly name basis terms. Everyone here is so patience with my indecisiveness. I’ve gone to the West Ed location a few times in the early part of my piercing journey and the vibes just isn’t the same as this location. I love this place, and will always come here and refer my friends. YOU GUYS ROCK ??
