I have a teenage daughter that loves to shop here. I find the staff are so friendly and helpful without being pushy at all. I wish all stores trained their staff to be this much of a pleasure, these young girls are always awesome!

Rude! My younger sisters shopped at this location today, and they furiously told me how they were followed by the workers and heard the workers talking about them. The cashier that helped them (Aneesha) was also super rude & impolitely told my sister to speak louder when asking for her email. I've worked retail too and I understand how it is, but be nice jeez

I can’t say I had a great experience. When my friend and I walked into the store we were greated by a girl, she was friendly and polite, we replayed back with β€œgood how are you” and started to walk away. Not only did she follow us she didn’t really seem to notice neither of us were responding to anymore. Later our experience changed I was already a little annoyed the first girl wouldn’t let us shop in peace. Now her co worker comes up to us and starts asking even more questions, as she walked away I could hear her sharing our answers to her questions over microphone with her coworkers. β€œThey are from f*6h*!//:;@ and are here on a trip, told them to download the app when they come by you ask them again.” We get to the till and my friend is reading a text message on her phone and the girl at the cashier says β€œYou’re downloading the app that great!” My friend replies with β€œI’m reading a text.” My jaw dropped never have I experience an invasion of my privacy while shopping or been pushed to download an app. Needless to say I’m still unhappy about the shopping experience and will not being going back to Garage. I wanted to share this just to let others aware that if you share information with the employees there they may share it over their headphones.

I won't be shopping at Garage anymore. Staff were not helpful. I ordered an item online which was way off for sizing (too big). The staff would not return or exchange an item without original paper receipt though I had electronic proof of purchase, order and delivery, as it would "mess up their inventory". Most stores will still accommodate with at least an exchange, with proof of purchase. Their inventory may be flawless, but they lost me as a customer.

I will be making a formal complaint , but I came into this store with my son and greeted the workers when I came in. They didnt seem to care. None of them asked me if I needed help finding anything but one of the managers, Emily, decided to take it upon herself fo have her workers follow me around the store like I was a thief. I noticed it from the beginning but I still picked up what I needed to and went to the fitting room.to try them on.. while trying them on and thinking about how those kids had just humiliated me I decided I wouldnt spend my money in that store despite needing the items for a birthday party I am to attend on the weekend. The only difference between me and the other customers in the store was skin color so I am assuming this was clearly discrimination of some sort. When I came out the fitting room I dropped the clothes in the bin and started making my way out of the store. I immediately noticed the one (Emily) signal one of the other employees to follow me and she did just that. I left and came back again before leaving the mall to let her know the reason I didnt take the items and she apologized, letting me know that I wasnt crazy and I was seeing right. The fact that not a single one of them asked me if I needed help finding anything and could treat customers like that is gross. Their behavior was childish, despicable and I felt entirely disrespected. I will never step foot in there again.

Customer service was lacking. I was ready to pay for my items and the cashier was nowhere to be found. There was a lady behind the counter. Maybe she was the manager. She was on the phone and did not even acknowledge me or wave someone to come help me. She just stood there unbothered. Finally, when the cashier (Emillie) rang my items, she looked tired or iritated and not in the greatest mood. She did not even say hi or hello. She sound annoyed and condescending when she was asking me a couple of questions during the transaction. Buying online is way better than going to this store. The lady at the fitting room wearing black teddy jacket was nice though.

I'm so dispointed. Originally, I bought a pair of "boyfriend jogger" in washer gray online, but the colour was so green instead of gray. When purchasing the original joggers, I used my badge of 25% off. I won the badge since I have met the $200 purchases. Yesterday I went into the store to do an exchang but the cashier said when I exchange the colour, the 25% badge cannot be applied to the new joggers. She seperated the exchange into a return and a new purchase. She said the badge is only for one time use even the original item did not meet my expectation due to the problem of unmached colour. I felt it didn't make sense at all but I couldn't do anything. If the badge is for one time use and cannot be transfered to the exchanged item, the whole reward thing is a lie. We got badges since we have spent enough money, so how comes they are seem "used" if we decided to cancel the purchase? Anyways, I paid the full price for the exchanged item. It still sound ridiculous when I told the story to my friends that my badge is gone with an unseccessful purchase. Hope I can receive responce from anyone work in the store from google or instagram.

Yesterday, I went to shop in Garage in the evening around 5:30pm. There was an employee that was standing at the front outside of the store who was responsible for letting shoppers inside. I caught her on her phone when I arrived and when I was leaving. When I arrived and she looked up from her phone, she was not welcoming at all. Also, she was so oblivious because she was distracted by her phone that she didn't even notice that I had left and passed by her. I had an interaction with the cashier at the front and the manager...I was doing a return. They made an exception for me because my return was online and I was returning it in store. The item was never worn, original tags, had the original receipt... When I first told the cashier about the situation, she was quite rude and dismissive. Then, she went to grab the manager/supervisor. When the supervisor came, she was generous enough to make the exception for the return, but she was also quite rude about the whole thing. The tone of her voice and her actions showed that she was mad and frustrated about doing the return. It was incredibly unprofessional to say the least. There was a lack of genuine customer service shown by all the employees. When I first came into Garage, I had a plan of shopping after doing the return, but after the way I was treated by the cashier and the manager/supervisor, I did not feel welcome to shop. I do not want to visit this location ever again after my experience. It's incredibly discouraging when you get treated like you're a worthless customer by the employees that show no care and kindness. After my experience, I would caution anyone to shop here.
