I informed her that I finish work at 5 and I will pick it up in my home way. I am a regular customer, my name is on a card they keep in the drawer and stamp it for every time I buy an expensive item. The lady on the phone said she does not take reservation. I tried to explain to her that this is a purchase not a reservation. I will pay for the arrangement over the phone and I need her to keep it for me for 1 hour. She refused to offer any help. So I ended up changing the flower shop. I went to a place in callingwood area and bought the most beautiful arrangement! Bunches employees like any other corporate ones do not care and appreciate business
q	quadeer khan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bunches (southgate mall edmomton) is a great place to buy the flowers it looked like they are expert in making the flower bunch with lot of care in preparing and the detail of bunch is unique with different flowers in a bunch especially the flowers are made to the bunch in a way that is for bringing people together and i also beleived in a way those guys are spreading happiness through a great platform called bunches. I highly recommend edmontonians to visit that place to shop for a bunch for your loved ones whom you care for. Flowers for a happy moment!

Not only did bunches instantly replace my display for my friends they gave me some flowers too. I was so impressed because I was walking past and went in to just let them know. Their selection is outstanding and their displays are stunning. You will not go wrong with bunches. They are first class.

When I was there yesterday I got email info to send images I’ve taken over the past 4 years since I started this little photography learning thing aka business Thanks so much Bunches The flowers in this review go back to 2018 and are from Southgate and red roses came from their location downtown on Valentine’s Day earlier this year Sam Myers Photography ??????
F	Fanzeng Liu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife’s birthday, and was gonna buy some flowers to brighten up the dinner for tonight… asked help from the associates… This is the flower design they helped me with… See pictures below -flowers are NOT fresh -leaves are withered and some even have holes on,the leaves looks like they been chewed up by a dog! -they are really fast,but not very friendly. Not impressed with their customer service. This flower cost me 21 dollars… I hesitated on whether I should pay for it, but since the girl was so quick, and just wrapped it up for me… and ask me to pay. You can check the surveillance camera there is no one in the store around the time, I was the only one customer there! And I went there around 5:35pm, I then asked for what time they open till…. Guess what? She told me 8pm!!!! What is the rush?! It upsets me so much, I felt being rushed and not welcomed by them.
