The search on google led me to Bloomex and i feel lucky I chose the right vendor. A day before the birthday I placed my order and they made it happen to deliver the flower next day afternoon. My sister called me up to thank me and she loved the flowers. I am very thankful to them and I highly recommend Bloomex.

There own Policy States - • Once damage is confirmed, we will be happy to re-send a new product at our expense, or issue a store credit. Please note that due to perishable nature of our product no refunds will be issued. All I asked for was them to follow there own Policy and Give my Mother The Flowers I ordered, Cause so much dirt and flowers came out shes going to have to Unplant this Whole basket to fix it and its went from a gift to a chore. Thanks Bloomex. Ps- I will be asking for the $5 dollar refund for leaving my Honest Review.

But I wish the driver had left them outside instead of with the neighbors thankfully they were delivered to the neighbors she trusts but if it was a different neighbor she probably wouldn't have received them! I just wish the driver asked before just giving to a neighbor to hold onto or had left them at the door as it wasn't super cold outside otherwise I'm happy with the service! Order #3531985

I specifically discussed that I only want Gerber and a fair size setting so was told that by upgrading to deluxe it will be a decent setting. Order was placed 4 days in advance ON PHONE. Only to see a badly set bunch of colored roses (which are greatly disliked by the birthday person) with wilted greens delivered. When complained and had my called escalated by Magnus to someone in the management department, a rude person named Justin told me I'm hard of understanding and should've read their online policy!!!! I PLACED MY ORDER ON PHONE!!! Then he offers 25 cad on their website for a 90 dollar screw-up! When I refused on the basis of bad experience and mentioned I won't do business with them, He sent me an email saying there is no resolution and THAT'S IT!!!! There are many other florist delivering Canada wide. NEVER AGAIN I'm adding to my original review just to share that it'll get worse if you accept their offer for replacing or ... I made the mistake and once more wring order, wrong delivery time and this time instead of an arrangement they sent a box so my friend can assemble a bunch of dead flowers and a poorly made glass vase and a wet card together. Fool me once...... !!!

The yellow roses arrived brown and wilted and, after pulling them from the box, petals began to shed off of them. Many of the roses remaining have shed their petals. Emailed customer service and they were extremely unhelpful, saying it was because they were the guard petals and to remove them. When I first contacted customer service, they offered me $15 store credit to reimburse me. Edit 2: Bloomex sent out a gift basket of chocolate and cookies to my mom to make up for the flowers. She is enjoying the treats. Thank you for understanding and making this right. I greatly appreciate the effort and time that went into this.

I purchased the beautiful in blue bouquet, a bit disappointed there was not more blue in it as photos showed online. Had these delivered and probably won’t get this again due to delivery costs. The cost was high for the bouquet. But the receiver is happy with them. Still a beautiful bouquet!

The last experience I paid over $70 for a Calla Lily arrangement and there was not one single Calla Lily in the bouquet and the quality of flowers sent were ones I could’ve bought at the grocery store. Tried contacting customer support multiple times via their chat option only to have them close it after 5-10 minutes of waiting while they said looking into it. *update: finally got my email answered after speaking with chat and was told the florist ran out of the flowers at the exact time of making my order, even though I received a confirmation email a full 24 hours before the delivery was scheduled confirming the florist had the flowers and that the flowers substituted were within their policy. In the end after continually pushing I received a $20 store credit which will go unused as I will never order from this company again.

My bouquet doesn’t look like a professional florist put it together, I feel like a 5 year old could do a better job :( I didn’t order it, my friend from overseas sent me a thank you note and sent me a bouquet from Bloomex, honestly I feel sad that she spent money ordering from Bloomex, such a waste. What can I say the bouquet looks awful…most of all green mums are all brown which means they were old or frozen, the delivery guy just dropped the flowers on the doorstep without waiting for us to open the door and it’s -30C outside right now. Anyways I know for myself that I’d rather order though a local small florist than through this company that doesn’t even try to make it look presentable.
