โ โ โ โ โ Pros: Store has great selection and customer service was swift and attentive. Well lit and clean.
Cons: Prices are not as low as other stores carrying baby items. The air conditioning does NOT work and it was quite suffocating being in the store. The lines for the parking spots are so faded that it is difficult to see where the parking spots actually are.

For being a week before Christmas, their shelves were still well stocked.

โ โ โ โ โ The choices of toys is okay ish.. the cost is higher than many other stores and specially Walmart. Make sure you awail any online coupons or r member benefits if your buying costly stuff.

โ โ โ โ โ I m just here to sing my praises for Gail, I went to the store yesterday to buy a new car seat for my baby girl. Gail, how talented she is, honestly before we leave from home me and my husband had a confusion on which car seat we have to buy and we have zero knowledge on car seats. I know she is expert in car seats but still how come she fulfilled customersโ expectations without hesitation.She is just cleared everything and then had a mini class in the short time period. I wish every other store has a knowledgeable staff like her. I thank her and looking forward her service in future as well.

Did not receive notifications by email or SMS. Had to keep checking the website.

โ โ โ โ โ Horrible customer service. I came here to return a kids scooter and the store associate Meagan kept looking for parts which she thought was missing. She kept me waiting for 30-40 mins presuming there was a missing part. To her surprise, there was no missing part. No wonder why toysrus is closing everywhere because of such unprofessional employees.
