β β β β β These guys ripped off my son $750. They quoted him $4000 for 1 year insurance and he paid with his credit card. Then they told him that it would be $9000. He found another place the next day for $1400. So he called and cancelled but they said that they are keeping his $4000. For the past month he has been fighting with these guys and they wouldn't answer his calls he finally had to start blocking his number. Today they finally said that they would refund him but minus the $750. And they won't refund his credit card they said that they are mailing him the cheque. Unbelievable that these guys can outright lie and steal your money and seriously $9000 is obvious price gouging. Other companies are giving people refunds because of the pandemic and these con artists are tripling the cost. Profiteering in a pandemic is shameful how do you sleep at night. Me ,my family and alot of other people l know are cancelling their AMA.

β β β β β I try to be understanding of raising prices and that things change. At this point i have been with ama for over ten years. Only two without auto insurance because of an accident but ive kept my membership and rental insurance since the beginning. I feel cheated trying to get insurance through you again. Forsaking your customers loyalty for dollars in your pocket. Why should i give you my money when all you do is ask for more and more.

β β β β β I never thought I'd be saying this about an insurance company, but I have had a downright pleasant experience so far with AMA Car Insurance. Friendly, efficient staff, highly reactive to pandemic changes (rebate given automatically, ease of taking my commute off the plan, ease of putting my commute back on the plan). I haven't had to make any claims so far (hopefully not jinxing it with this post), but ultimately figuring out my car insurance has been easy and straightforward. They offered a reasonable rate for insurance, taking into account my ama membership and years of driving experience. Would recommend!

β β β β β Quoted me 2k higher than any other insurance company before the add on for my suspension, the company I decided to go with offers AMA Credit anyway so win win, browse around long before you choose here.

β β β β β Their best insurance quote was 23% higher than TD insurance. Surprised me as I thought AMA was a first choice for economical car insurance.

β β β β β After shopping around we brought my daughter here to get her first car insurance under herself. They were by far the cheapest for just PLPD.. She also got a membership for my piece of mind of her driving an older car. Staff was very helpful and friendly
