★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a long-time All-State customer. Called and by chance was connected to Waheed. I purchased a new car and needed to update my policy. He expressed genuine excitement for my new purchase; and went so far as explaining all of the safety features and how they would mean discounts on my policy. HE COULD HAVE SOLD ME THE CAR. We got to talking as we sorted through my updated policy and he explained why my husbands car was costing us x amount. Through thoughful discovery, he realized that my husband had not commuted for 2 years (Pat Leave and Covid) and that he was elligble for a reduced rate. WOW. Waheed saved my family a substantial amount of money. In addition, he laughed at all of my jokes. As a stand-up comedian......this is worth it's weight in gold. Give this man a gift card from The Keg. He deserves it!

She is very much responsive and active. I would suggest you to talk to her for the better deals.

Since last 10 Year every time I got New car or I add car for my family all we need just tell Emma Graham , She got on top of everything and get things done within 1 Hr or less,
Contacting Dealer for car release, sending insurance pink slip and off course the best Monthly Rate ever.
All You really Need just to give them a call and they will take care of the rest.

My call was answered promptly and the lady agent Remily was pleasant and polite. Got the quote in no time so my experience was more than just great. Very professional and excellent customer service.
