We were welcomed like family from the minute we walked through the door, and not with the greasy used car salesman approach associated with other dealerships! Car shopping in the current auto market is unpleasant at best however, the Southview Acura sales team provided gold standard service with customer needs/wants in mind; no pressure, knowledgeable, professional sales team. As a first time Acura owner, I look forward to future dealings. Thank you Ali, Rami and the rest of the Southview Acura team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called Gary hill on Tuesday.just finished bankruptcy and had an unexpected vehicle break down.
Needed a reliable vehicle but more so something that would fit my budget and at a reasonable interest rate.
Gary found me what I needed and at a low interest rate.and under 50000km.
Very professional and managed to get me financed the next day.
It's now Friday and they fully serviced. And put new windshield in even though it had a small Crack.
Delivered it right to my work place..
I've looked at 3 other places a month ago to see if I could get approved and all declines or 30% with rifco.
Gary got me 11% and keep my payments at the requested amount. Also no pressure to buy what I didn't need or want..damn good Salesman.
Go see Gary if you want a vehicle fast and at the price you want..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a, slightly, used vehicle from Southview Acura. I dealt mainly with Ali Mahdi, who was very helpful and straightforward. We were able to take the vehicle home for an extended test drive as well as have our own mechanic take a look before we made our decision. We dealt with several other staff members who were all very helpful at times when Ali was not available(dayoff). We did have to bring the vehicle back to have a few small items dealt with, including a recall. We were accommodated with a loaner vehicle and all items were address to our satisfaction.
I would absolutely recommend Ali, and would be happy to deal with Southview again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my pre owned Acura MDX from this dealership. The price negotiation was not the best but to blame the dealership for the market would be nothing short of foolishness. Ali in the sales department showed me the car and treated me very well, Rami also took great care of me and I was provided every bit I was promised. The team kept their word, and were very easy to deal with, my car had a few minor issues but they were fixed at once at no extra charge. I was given a brand new loaner vehicle till my car was fully repaired. Overall my experience at this dealership has been outstanding! Everything was very fair and transparent and they stood behind their product and by their word. I would recommend this dealer to a friend, and personally do business with them again :)
