★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Read the fine print before signing any document at this dealership. When I first met with David he mentioned that if we didn't end up purchasing the used Nissan Armada we would get our deposit and part as friends. He brought all the paperwork for me to look at and sign. My husband the cosigner was away and didn't sign. I admit that I was distracted. David didn't try to explain the fine print. Even if I had read closely, the legal jargon wouldn't have been clear right away. When I informed him a number of days later that we were not going ahead with the purchase and that I wanted him to refund our deposit, he asked that I come and speak to his manager. I reminded him of what he said before about returning the deposit. He changed his story saying if we had not been approved then we'd get our deposit, but since we got approved we won't. He brought the paperwork to prove his point and started to highlight the part where it says buyer doesn't get a refund. The manager reiterated the same argument, claiming they lost the opportunity to sell to 2 people. I understand dealerships have to make money, but the deceit left a bad taste in my mouth. Do not be fooled by their niceties, don't sign anything prior to your purchase.

Our salesman, Davie was not pushy, was very upfront about everything, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase . Cannot thank you enough Davie!
