Sales guy Moh helped me through the purchase, explained all the details about my truck and let me got the 0% finance deal just one day before it’s gone. I’m very happy with this purchase. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service I have experienced is unprecedented. I was set up by the General Manager Adam with Kelvin for testing out a vehicle and setting up a lease. Kelvin was patient, informative and trustworthy. Furthermore, The service did not stop after my purchase. I have had continued relentless support with Adam. He is fast responding and acting with all my vehicle needs. Whether getting my oil changed, windshield repair, or car detail he is there to help and even arranged pick ups for my vehicle. I have never been treated so well with a dealership, perhaps even any company. My life is made so easy! 10/10 would recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The trade in and sale went good. I had asked them to do a complete service before having my new to me 3500 delivered to me at work. They had told me it would be done. I had noticed when I got the truck there was a WIX filter on the motor I dug a little deeper and still over spray undercoat on the Alison filter and mud caked around the fuel filter. today I booked it in for complete service and the pics are of the cabin and intake filters(10 days after truck was delivered in feb) id recommend the lakewood dealer just down the street (i should have stayed loyal to them)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just bought a 2022 Sierra and I have to say Capital GMC Buick has been the best car buying experience we have ever experienced! Max our salesman was efficient and listened to our needs and wants. He even remembered the small details like our dogs and our love for camping while finding us the right truck. The first day we had been talking to Max, our dog unfortunately went in for emergency surgery, and Max made sure to ask us how he was doing everytime we met or spoke.
Sheila in finance was also amazing! She made the financing portion easy and seamless.
The management we dealt with were all amazingly friendly and professional.
Our new truck was ready for delivery at the promised time, Max took the time to explain the vehicle features, set us up with our OnStar activation, and a final walk around.
This dealer makes car buying enjoyable! I highly recommend using them and Max!
