We booked a test drive for the Mazda CX5 and Frank was very welcoming and very helpful, he offered to test out two different models and trims to be able to compare and make the best decision, took his time to answer all of our questions. Thanks again!

We had a great experience with Go Mazda. The staff were quick to process so we didn't feel our time was being wasted with a dragged out process (as we've experienced elsewhere). They've checked in with us and been super helpful.

Great customer service. Thank you to Ramod and Jon, that helped me with my purchase, everything went smoothly, didn’t waste our time and tried their best to come up with a good deal. They’re always happy to help. I would definitely recommend Go Mazda to friends, family or anyone who would like to buy a nice good reliable car.

They contacted me several times related to an online quote for a new car that I was looking for. They are just wasting your time and energy. They have paranoia that if they give you the break down of the price it is a confidential information. However, other dealerships are very informative and helpful and try their best to meet your requirements. I was wondering how they survived in this competitive market with this awkward policy. Just go to Sundance or Landmark dealership. They are nice and helpful. Please do not waste your time with this amateur dealership. The worst dealership that I have ever seen. They give you wrong information over the phone just to bring you into the dealership. Not recommend at all.

Excellent staff, very friendly - easiest process I've ever been through. Within 24hr of kicking tires just browsing vehicles online I was in a brand new vehicle! Highly recommend Go Mazda - they are an outstanding dealership, big Shout out to Sahill for doing his magic! I am very happy with my CX-5

These are interesting times to buy a new auto. Even to try to drive a demo was difficult but in February I was able to try the top sellers in the segment. I thought I was going to buy a Toyota until I drove it. Than I tried a Subaru than a Honda and finally the Mazda. What a difference. I was totally sold on the superior handling, looks performance and amenities and of course the colour of the Mazda. All of the reviews on YouTube told the same story, Mazda was superior in every test. The dealer is very important so I got quotes from 2 dealers on price and the way I was treated all where good but Go Mazda was the best. They had the best price they had no hidden cost. I even received money back when it was all completed. I dealt with Frank (sales my main contact person) but all where good. I had to get help with Apple car play they had no problems helping me with all the details. I would highly recommend this dealership they made the experience of ordering a new car worth the wait. Originally we thought 3 months it arrived just over 2 month exactly what I ordered. Very happy. Will

As per usual, the pre-sale service is wonderful. Once I drove my truck away, the responsiveness disappeared. I noticed a few issues with my vehicle on the first day and tried to reach out to my salesman, he did not reply. I was booked in for a β€œcomplimentary detail” the following week. These pictures attached are how I received my truck back…not sure what detailing was done as I’m sure my mirrors and windows are smudgier than when I dropped my truck off. I was given two fobs, one of which did not work. I brought it back with me to the service so that they could see what the issue was. The service representative asked me who would be paying for the FOB repair, even though they gave me this FOB that didn’t even work… I was called on Friday around noon to come collect my truck that afternoon. Once I got to the dealership to pickup my truck, I was advised that it was not ready and that I would have to come back on Monday for collection. They did repair the deficiencies I found on the vehicle, so I’m happy that was sorted out. However, the β€œdetailing” was non existent.
