★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UniFirst has terrible service. Constant errors with our coveralls. Time after time, calls made to customer service are ignored or misunderstood and errors are not addressed.
Every couple of weeks a new delivery guy. Constant invoice errors. They have been behind schedule now for two months straight. Can't wait until our contract is up.

We are very happy with the professional and friendly service along with supplies we receive every time from "Bear". He is has a can do attitude and never says no, finding a solution every time, always has a smile and quickly gets his job done efficiently. He speaks very positive of his 20 dedicated years to a company he genuinely loves and supports. This is the type of salesman companies need out in the industry, times are tough and people are down.
