Our gelato and sorbet
The most important thing to us is you! What flavours you enjoy the most, how the gelato can transport you to europe, and overall, what you put into your body.
Our gelato and sorbet are made with 60-70% fruit, nuts, and other flavours to really drive your taste buds into a frenzy. We want our product to sit right with you, so we make it with care in our own industrial kitchen.
Gelato should be a thicker taste than your normal ice cream, and also smoother. Typically, gelato is not “scooped” out, but rather taken out with a paddle to keep the smoothness of the gelato itself and keep it as more of an art form than anything else.
Our sorbet is vegan, and yes - still equally as delicious. We use locally sourced ingredients when we can, and we keep 3 gelatos or sorbet flavours in rotation according to the season. It’s important for us to support local businesses so you can be sure that when we can, we absolutely do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since I left Europe 15 years ago, I miss good artisanal gelato. But I discovered this artisan, Little Bear Gelato, and I love the intensity of the flavors. I highly recommend the Mango, or Lemon & basil. The Pistachio tastes like actual pistachios, not the artificial flavor you usually get! Try them and you won't regret.
