Drizzle is a locally owned and operated soft serve ice cream shop. Our doors first opened in Edmonton on Canada day in 2021! We are committed to bringing our customers the best tasting ice cream and waffles using the highest quality products. Our soft serve is made with 11% milk fat which makes it extra creamy and smooth! We offer 6 curated premium sundaes, 12 different flavours of Belgian chocolate dips, house baked Belgian waffles as well as vegan soft serve to satisfy any sweet tooth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like to mix n match with variety of toppings to choose from this is the place to visit. They do have items that are ready to order as well but you can definitely have fun adding your toppings and creating your own delight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here twice now, I actually like that the Belgium chocolate dip does not dry into a crispy coating, it makes it so much easier to eat and enjoy, and is in unique to drizzle! My partner loves the unicorn shake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What I liked: a dessert option that’s open till late, not overly sweet, generous portion (we got the regular size but it was more than enough for two adults), clean place, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Visited on a Sunday after 9pm so can’t comment on parking or seating during peak hours.
Had the vanilla and chocolate soft serve dipped in red cherry and topped with pistachios

Ice cream is super creamy.
I had "The Best of Both Worlds." Amazing! Love the sweet and salty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited drizzle for a late-night dessert run. The place has a contemporary look manned by the friendly staff.
The menu is different from most ice cream shops.
The selection and taste didn't disappoint at all. It was a great visit and worthwhile. I Will suggest to all the ice cream fans to try this place at least once and decide for themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drizzle Ice Cream was great! I think my brother and I met the owner? Alex. He gave great recommendations depending on our tastes, and what to expect if we ordered certain items. Such as how waffles are always fresh since they are made to order. If I recall correctly, Alex gave the advice that if you want the sundae to get it as is and if you want certain toppings to get a plain soft serve and add all the toppings you wish. My brother got the “Gimme S’more” in a cup and I got the “Love U Berry Much” in a cup as well. Both were gorgeously made and both were delicious. I also want to add that if you’re like me and dislike eating melted ice cream at the end, they put toppings at the bottom of the cup which let the whole experience start great and end great. I don’t know how it would be different for their soft serve in their waffle cone, but it was delicious regardless. Highly recommended to those who like soft serve, and we will definitely come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really yummy! ? It was my first time visiting as my friends and I were looking for a late night ice cream snack - it was great they were open late.
There weren't too many gluten-free options but I was able to get a cup of the soft serve swirl. The person at the register was super helpful and patient as I asked what I could have due to my allergies so I really appreciated that! I haven't had soft serve in forever so that was amazing!
My partner got a Belgium dipped chocolate with a waffle cone and said it was good but thought the cone left something to be desired - it was softer than he was expecting.
Great service, open late, and yummy ice cream. I will for sure be back again when I have a late night ice cream craving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drizzle Ice Cream was great! The staff were very kind and the ice cream came out super fast! We had the O Canada Sundae and the soft serve dipped in pistachio belgian chocolate! Both were super delicious and fulfilled my sweet tooth cravings!
