Anthony, 34 and Julien, 36 are united in life and in business.
We are from France and have a French culture.
Entrepreneurship has always been one of our greatest passions : creativity, innovation, taking risks, willing to learn is playing key roles in our lives.
In pursuit of exploring new horizons, we left France 4 years ago to embark on our adventure to Canada, specifically in Edmonton, Alberta.
Our experiences allowed us to quickly obtain our visas and further project ourselves into exciting possibilities in this great country.
We create our bakery under the name of
“La French Taste".
After doing market research, we have come to the conclusion that this project is possible and realistic, a goal that meets the local needs.
Offering the best quality, we want to focus on supply, using farms products as: milk, butter, eggs.
We are located in Edmonton, our pastries are homemade and have the goal to promote French culture by proposing to customer’s good quality and local products.

They even told us how to pair each pastry with a specific drink. You can tell they are very passionate about their work and love what they do. I HIGHLY recommend buying anything and everything from this place!!! :)
