They take too long to finish an order. I had to wait for 10mins + with one customer in front of me. There was another server who could have easily served me but she chose to stand there and fold boxes while I waited for a long time. This is like 8am on a Monday. And then the chocolate croissant had just come out. She told the server to put them in a box for the previous customer because it would stick on the bag. Then when it was my turn she put int in a bag with all the chocolate smudging on the bag. Like they could really focus on their service. The spinach croissant also doesn't taste as good as the other locations. I love the taste at the Pickering one. I hope they work on their service.

There is a new Cobbs bakery located near my house and I couldn’t be happier! The service was wonderful and the products we bought were delicious. The Vienna white bread is simply amazing! The pullapart cheese was tasty too. I think the scones and croissants are a little pricey but I would definitely go there for bread. The store was clean and the attendants were friendly and kind.

Purchased Hot Cross buns and the front counter person refused my request to put them in a box, which other locations have done. The counter person and the manager were very unfriendly and not polite.

Cass is a superstar! I was planning to have a cheese tasting night with my wife, so I was asking the workers about cheese pairings with bread and Cass ended up being a cheese connoisseur. Not only that helped me find the perfect bread to go along with a certain cheese and went above and beyond by suggesting the wine and appetizers, and as well as the explanation of why it will complement the cheese. I had a wonderful experience

New bakery in Scarborough so I visited for the first time today. They have a good selection of breads and sweets. The price point is fair compared to other higher end bakeries. Quality costs money but it is worth it. Their sourdough is perfection. Toasted with some butter, or made into a grilled cheese ? The service was great, attentive and friendly. It's a small storefront with 1 shelf on either side of the main counter with a couple items on them. The rest of your order you have to ask the employee behind the counter and they will get it for you. One item I probably wouldn't buy again is the chocolate croissant. At $3.75 each I am expecting to be blown away and wasn't. It was ok, won't repeat. I will buy my bread here from now on and look forward to trying their cinamon rolls. They are open 7 days a week which is rare for some bakeries. Very convenient. They also have an app and you can collect points to redeem for $ off your order. Recommended. Update from second visit: I bought a sourdough loaf, still fresh and warm. I also tried the cinamon rolls...I didn't like them. Maybe my preference is different than others but I prefer breads and pastries to be fresh and not dry. In my opinion those items are too dry here. I will continue to buy the bread though. I will also try the butter tarts next week but my hopes are not very high. Third visit: So the butter tarts were ok, but I wouldn't buy again because they are expensive here. For that price I expect a higher quality. I tried the farmers loaf. Easily the best bread I have bought here. Really was top quality. Nice crusty outside, inside so fluffy and fresh. All you need is some butter on it. The loaf won't last a day at our house. Highly recommended. Their hot dog and hamburger buns are really good too. I buy these here now. I also tried the sunflower flaxseed sourdough. I liked it. The apricot raisin bread was good. I probably wouldn't purchase again only because to me the apricots gave a slightly bitter taste that I didn't like. Looking forward to trying out the other offerings. Feb 2022. I still come here every Saturday morning. The white buns are excellent for sandwiches and good, butcher hot dogs.
