★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to thank the mechanics at Best Choice Automative for their honesty and for their excellent customer service. I was lied to by Midas next door about my front brakes needing immediate replacement and these guys gave me the correct measurement of my brakes and told me I wouldn’t need them replaced for at least another year or two. I will be going here for any car repairs from now on!! I highly recommend this shop!

Hands down the most honest, down to earth, and skilled mechanics in the city. They are fast and professional and always make sure you understand what needs to be done vs what can be done. Their prices are fair and you will never leave feeling like you’ve in any way been taken advantage of.
This is one business that lives up to their name!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a 20 year old university student that knows absolutely nothing about cars. I am constantly worried about getting taken advantage of when taking my car to automotive places. Luckily I found Best Choice Automotive! My car is old and has over 300,000km on it (i got it for free, trying to make it last lol). I went for the spring oil change and inspection & asked to only fix anything that would interfere with my safety. They found out my control arms (i think lol) needed to be worked on and interfered with my safety. They explain all the other things that needed to be worked on, but said it was not urgent. The team here truly do care about their customers and the customers money. Super happy to have found this gem in southside edmonton!

I've taken my car in for other work as well and they've done a really good job. They are honest, very helpful and do a great job. I can't recommend them enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been taking our cars to Gord and Josh for a few years now and they are amazing. Honest and upfront about what needs to be done vs what can wait, which as non car people we fully appreciate. Also do the work on time and for a good price too. If they can’t fix something, they’ll tell you next steps. I trust both of them implicitly (which isn’t something you can typically say about many mechanics in my experience)
I highly recommend Best Choice to anyone who is looking for a place to take their vehicles for repair or maintenance - 10/10

They scanned my car because of that pesky “check engine light” and called me asap about what needed to be done. They were so fast, honest, and kind. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for replacement of my brakes and rotors and to get a quote on tires. While my car was in, they found out that other parts also needed to be replaced. Spoke to Josh on the phone about everything and he provided a very thorough and detailed report with pricing and why things needed to be done. Customer service overall at this shop was amazing and I will definitely be coming back!
